    Basement carpet

    Just finished the basement in our house and went to maple leaf floors for carpet and tile for the washroom. Staff was very helpful, knowledgable and professional. The tile guys did a great job in the washroom. They were fast too. The carpet guy on the ther hand did a botch job on he carpet. He burnt one area of the carpet and then left a huge seam line smack dab in the middle of the basement. The stair carpet was loose and uneven. We advised Them immediately, they sent someone to check the work and agreed to have it redone. They did send someone more professional the second time and offer me a discount but it was just a hassle in time and effort.

    Thanks for the feedback Doreen. We would love for every job to go as planned but sometimes installers can have an off day. We understand renovations are stressful enough when they go as planned so we can understand the stress we caused you when the new carpet was not done properly. The good thing about our warranty is that it covers the full material and labor so if a certain installer did an improper install on it we will make sure to send another installer out immediately to repair/replace. Please accept our apologies for this and we were more than happy to try our best to make it up to you!

    HARDWOOD PURCHASING & RETURN

    Mapleleaf provided excellent service for us to purchase the hardwood (Santos Mahogany). We got a quality product. After we finished the flooring, we got one box extra. Per policy, no return was allowed. But Mapleaf managed to contact the distributor and the additional box was returned at 80% original value.

    Thanks for the review Zhihong, when it comes to estimating amounts there is no exact number so sometimes there might be a little extra and for any returns we have to follow the suppliers guide lines.

    carpet and tiles for our basement

    We went to maple leaf flooring for carpet and tiles for our basement. There are so many selections to choose from and in less than 2 weeks we had our carpet installed. Service is excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. We have recommended this company to everyone we know who's looking for any kind of flooring.

    wall tiles

    Sales staff are very helpful and the prices are reasonable. Staff was able to find similar with more reasonable prices and discount. The owner is also very polite too. The place is very clean and organized.

    The goods thing about having a huge selection is were sometimes able to help customers save a lot of money by finding something that is comparable but at a less expensive cost. Glad we were able to help save you some money

    Floor upgrade

    I made several purchases from Maple leaf and was very pleased with the overall service that i had received from them, they had a great selection of flooring and was able to accommodated my needs, and the amount of flooring I had needed, the selection was perfect, Over all there were a few broken pieces in a few boxes, and they were happy to exchange for new pieces. Very easy to get along with and deal with.

    New rugs

    Maple leaf has quite the great range of rugs with different patterns and designs in many colors, they have a lot of neutral colored ones which is what I was looking for, They had a a lot there which made it easy for me to match and choose, the rugs came in many prices from cheaper to expensive, with a range of all sizes, I ended up purchasing two rather then the initial one i was going to buy
