Hi Ana, Thank you for your review. Punctuality is very important to us as we know that our customers live very busy lives. We always make sure not to overschedule workloads for our techs in order for them to have plenty of time to perform thorough services and reach their next appointments on time. I can honestly say that over 95% of our appointments go through on time within their scheduled time slots. Its nice to know that our customers notice some of the extra steps that we put forward in a home to make sure the job is done right. Hi Adrian, Post renovation cleanings make up a fair bit of our residential customers. Our teams are always prepared for even the most challenging of jobs. Post renovations services can be very challenging when large amounts of debris have entered the system during construction. Certain tactics used by our staff such as pre vacuuming before service help to ensure that the service is conducted as thoroughly as possible. Additional work loads on these types of services are always absorbed in our regular rates. We have no hidden fees!! If not we normally will call ahead to give our customers notice so that they are not just waiting around wondering where we are.
