Hello, Although we appreciate feedback from our customers, regardless if its good or bad, I think you may be mistaken on the company that serviced your home..There are at least 2 other un certified companies in the GTA with names very similar to our operating name.The first and most important point I want to make regarding your complaint is that we do not currently or have ever repaired furnaces. We are a specialty service company offering one service only, and that's duct cleaning. We would have absolutely nothing to gain from intentionally damaging equipment as there is no way it would benefit our company in any way whatsoever. We do not repair, service or replace furnaces so again there is no way it would benefit our organization to intentionally damage your equipment. What your accusing us of is very offensive. I would really appreciate if you would call into our office to discuss this and to clarify who it was at your home and service date to confirm it was us. We have been operating in this industry for over 11years now and knowing all of our staff personally there isn't a single technician that would ever intentionally cause damage to a homeowners equipment. Again a call to our office would be much appreciated as I feel like this has been an unjust review and a poor reflection on our company. Thank you.

Most of us here are homeowners as well so we do our best to ensure we treat our customers property as we would want them to treat ours.
