Scott and Rob did an excellent job on our fireplace insert. They were fast friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Went though all of the features and remote with us both. Great job guys!

Our service technicians (Matt R. And Bryce) were top notch at their installation including challenges they encountered with the chimney flue pipes. Courteous and neat about their work in the home environment. Nice, polite, well informed young men as they worked continuously. No slackers here. First time using HHCC on recommendations from my neighbours. On-site tech was very knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. Price was great as I signed up for the plan for my furnace and air.

Don V. was the service personnel assigned to do the annual maintenance check on our furnace, fireplace and HRV. Don is a professional polite young man who was prompt, thorough in checking and evaluating the requirements of the yearly maintenance, offered feedback, answered our questions and we wish to continue this service.

Gary showed up on time and reviewed our equpment with us since we had just moved in. He explained things well and gave good recommendations. Will use again for annual maintenance.

I was impressed by thoroughness and work ethic of the service technician Don V., who meticulously evaluated all the components of units he serviced. We were also very happy with the service technician who did our air conditioner in June 2017. This past summer the unit worked better than it ever had in the previous years.

two gentlemen named Aaron and Andrew came and installed a brand new central air unit. They did an excellent job. They were polite did and good job and cleaned up everything.
