On the 5 July we had a new hot water tank installed by Brad & Bobby. They both did an excellent job and finished with no real problems. They cleaned up prior to them leaving and I must say they were very professional and courteous. You are lucky to having these guys working for you

We have just had a Gas Stove ( Woodstove Style) installed in our basement. I know it's July but we didn't want to get caught in the fall rush. Don did the estimate and arranged everything the way we wanted. Matt , Ken and Jody showed up right on time to do the install. They put down runners on the floors and went over everything that was to be done. They had to remove an old chimney first. It was gone and the roof repaired by Chris so it looked like there had never been a chimney. They worked the whole day without taking a break. The Stove is great and I am looking forward to a warm basement on those cold winter nights. They also hooked up my Natural Gas Barbecue and ensured it worked properly. Afterwards they cleaned up everything and it looks like they were never here. They were all friendly and polite and I would highly recommend them.

The technician, Gary, showed up as scheduled and was polite and professional. He offered to explain everything he was doing if we wanted to observe and answered all our questions patiently. He made recommendations on the most efficient furnace filter to use as well as when to change the thermostat batteries. He explained the reasons for all his suggestions and we are very satisfied with the service.

Derek was prompt, professional and very friendly. He was very respectful of our home and took his boots off when moving from the front to backyard. He explained what he would be doing and kept me informed as he was moving from task to task. I really appreciated his professionalism. Thank you for the great experience. I would definitely recommend having this done to everyone.

We had maintenance completed on our A/C on June 5,2017 by Technician Derek S. We found Derek to be" Very Polite"," Well Groomed" and "Knowledgeable and Thorough". He left the inside and outside work areas very clean. Thank-you Derek for your excellent service and attention to detail.

Don did the annual service to the furnace, air-conditioner and 4 ductless units and heat pump. He was very thorough, clearly explained what he was doing and was very personable.

Had a new furnace installed by Haven Home. The technicians took all of the pieces of equipment that were no longer in use (humidifier, air cleaner) away at no extra cost. They even took the time to clean the coil for my air conditioner, which was not supposed to be part of the installation! The cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the technicians and the whole team was outstanding! Above and beyond what I expected!!

Derek S came to provide annual service to the furnace and air-conditioner. Very thorough service provided. Checked all parts of the system and provided explanations as to what was being done.

39 minutes work and this is what they charge. Disgusting fir a very simple wiring job. Lost all my business - made sure friends also heard about their "policies". This is after being a loyal customer spending thousands. Never even called me back.

We've used Haven Home Climate Care to clean our gas furnace for about 10 years. They actually installed our furnace for us too! Very professional, reasonably priced and very friendly service. We moved and are on oil now but once we switch to gas we will definitely be calling them again!
