The first fellow we spoke to in the Fall didn't follow through, even though we told him exactly which unit we wanted. Guess they were busy! A call would have been appreciated, though. We tried again in the Spring and Doug Davie was more than accommodating. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. The unit was installed within a few days. The workers were great. Had a small problem after installation, which was remedied immediately.

We had a great instore experience & then everything fell apart. It took 3w to get an onsite inspection, the gas fireplace we purchased wasn't available after they finally got around to the inspection. The installer was condensending, rude and took weeks to get back to us. We escalated our issues and nothing happened. We cancelled the project after 5weeks of no traction and will never return.

Our gas fireplace hasn't started properly for 5 yrs-no one can explain it -We have had many trades from electricians to maintenance companies to major gas company try to fix it No One succeeded Kastle came in and in 10 min found our problem and now our fireplace goes on EVERY time !!! I highly recommend them

The entire experience from Kastle Fireplace was very professional, informative, and respectful of what I wanted in a fireplace/stove. While the installation took a little longer than I had experienced with Marsh's Fireplaces, the install crew was more professional, and took greater care not to leave a mess. I would definitely recommend Kastle Fireplace and use them again, should I need a third unit! Special thanks to Dave for answering all my very numerous questions!

After visiting many showrooms we found that the staff at Kastle Fireplace were informative and knew their products very well. The installers were very professional. They were clean and were very careful not to scratch our hardware floor and walls. We are renovating our family room and I will need another gas insert fireplace and I will be sure to use Kastle again.
