Wanting to make more use of our downstairs family room, we decided to replace our wood fireplace with a gas insert. I researched various companies & models, and decided that Kastle Fireplace Ltd was my best choice. They were very helpful in helping me choose a model to fit my budget, and the installation was done professionally and required no cleanup. Staff at all levels explained everything clearly. Very satisfied & have enjoyed this all winter.

They both look amazing, fit into my existing fireplaces, look like a wood burning fireplace without the work. I couldn't be happier, thanks Dave!

Great company! There is a wide selection of fireplaces and knowledgable staff. They stand behind their work and address concerns quickly and efficiently. Truly a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to refer others to purchase a gas fireplace or call on them for service.

This was the 3rd fireplace Kastle was installing for me. This particular installation required replacing an existing fireplace with a custom mantle. It also involved matching the existing granite hearth. The tricky part was that it all had to been done within the existing footprint and space limitations. Minimum disruption to the surrounding paintwork and woodwork. That is where the Kastle experience showed. The mantle was made to exacting specifications. The installation itself was seamless. Workmanship was first rate. They had obviously done this before. Great attention to detail. No shortcuts. Strict adherence to the manufacturer specifications especially when it came to minimum clearance. These are the only guys you need to talk to if you have a difficult installation.

You cannot beat the level of service we have received from Kastle. Days before we closed on the sale of our house, our gas fireplace broke down. Toni and the team were there the next day and solved our problems. We then purchased a unit for our new home, and the installation team was on time, clean and professional. This is the second unit we have bought from them, and planning on a third this fall. Cannot provide a stronger recommendation.

What a great experience. We came to Kastle in a time crunch when we learned our existing fireplace was very badly damaged and would have to be either removed or replaced. We were also 2 weeks away from putting new floors down in our house. We had the chance to meet Doug and Brad from Kastle and were impressed with their knowledge and patience. They answered all my questions but more importantly they took the time to learn about the problem I was facing and offered a variety of solutions on how to resolve. What was most impressive is that we came to them at 5pm and they worked with us till almost 7pm - 1 hour past their closing time. Once we decided on a fireplace, Kastle was there to remove our old fireplace and within a week were back to install our new fireplace. The install happened on time and the installers were exceptional. I will be recommending Kastle to all my family and friend as the service and quality were beyond my expectations.

On a dreary Saturday afternoon in early October 2016, my wife and I visited Kastle looking for a new gas fireplace insert. We were greeted by the owner Doug Davie, a very friendly and enthusiastic gentleman. He showed us the Valor Legend G3, on sale at the time, and explained that Kastle has a custom model which has an "all-in price" that has basic black trim, black doors, black background, and logset. Other stores were quoting us extra charges even the most basic trim items! Kastle was many hundreds less than the competition! A week later, Doug visited our home for a site investigation. He was very patient and understanding with my wife's drywall damage concerns, and explained the best and worst case scenarios. He was also very reasonable with the installation quote for the extra gas piping required as well. Doug also stressed that his company does not hire subcontractors to perform the installations, and reminded us of the new working at heights training requirements. Essentially, the homeowner is liable if they indirectly hire an untrained subcontractor that falls off their roof -- yes, liable even in a subcontractor relationship! We requested the certificates and names of the staff from Kastle, and received all pertinent information for records right away! These guys are the real deal. Installation was scheduled a few weeks after. Three gentlemen (same guys on the certificates) showed up on-time at 10 am and took about three hours to complete the work. They were very polite, professional, left the place spotless, and showed us basic operating instructions afterwards. It's been over a month since the installation was complete, and we are very happy with our gas fireplace. We highly recommend Kastle. They are a solid family business that understands the needs of the customer.

I just had a gas insert installed by Kastle Fireplace and would highly recommend this company It was a great experience from the friendly sales rep to the very knowledgeable installation staff Upon completion of the sale , Dave from Kastle came to inspect my fireplace to insure that no hidden costs would be incurred to install the insert The installation team ( a team of 3 ) arrived on time for my scheduled appointment ...They covered the area in front of the fireplace to insure the area was kept clean .....They did a fantastic job in completing installation in 3 hours .... Upon completion an explanation was given as to how to operate the remote for the insert as well as answering any and all questions my wife and I had .... Great Job Guys , We will definitely refer your company to any of our family and friends that are looking for a fireplace !

Bought a gorgeous wood stove from Kastle when I first moved into my Century Home 10 years ago. Was so pleased with the product and installation that I did not even consider going anywhere else when I replaced that wood stove with a gas fireplace this year as part of a family room renovation. Product and installation were once again excellent.

I needed to replace two very old, inefficient and potentially dangerous gas fireplaces in my home. I was absolutely dreading it, given that I know nothing about gas fireplaces and had no idea what all of this would involve. Kastle is close by so I started with them, and the great news is that I didn't have to look any further. They were AMAZING. Doug Davie came by first to assess my situation and offer good advice and suggestions in order replace my units safely, easily and within my budget. He was extremely attentive to all of my concerns and questions, and immediately made me feel at ease. It is obvious that he loves his job - he spends as much time with a customer as necessary - and this was even before he knew I would go through with the work. He is truly an honest, hard working guy who clearly knows his stuff. I didn't even bother to look elsewhere. The crew arrived on time, as scheduled, and these men also made me feel completely confident and at ease - they did not hesitate to get started, obviously knew exactly how to proceed, offered their excellent advice when asked, and completed both fireplaces without any problems. They were careful to clean up any debris and my house was left neat and tidy. I was so relieved and grateful. Toni and Sophia in the office are super friendly; everyone in this company seems to be carefully hired, not only for skills but also for personality - they all seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. It is so refreshing! I admit, I was very nervous to enter into this project but Kastle made it easy. Most importantly, my new fireplaces look fantastic and are ready to go in plenty of time before the snow flies! Thank you Doug, and everyone at Kastle!
