We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with speaking to our office staff. We strive to make sure our customers have been provided with all the information on service, installation, parts & repairs. Upon reviewing the information, we believe you may have dealt with another company that has been using a similar name to ours, but in fact, is not our company.
Kindly confirm that we were the company that serviced your door in 2014.
Unfortunately,the office staff was hung up on while trying to get more information from you.
We would appreciate you checking the bill that was provided on the service in 2014. We always provide that to each customer, as we do charge HST and are a legitimate company. Thanking you in advance to correct this matter.

Please note, our office has been following up in the matter of your review.
We have taken the initiative to call the manufacturer for parts, Steve has confirmed springs have a 1 year warranty only to any garage door company that purchased any parts from them. We are sorry that we could not offer you a free replacement spring due to the fact it was installed in 2014. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
