    HVAC

    Kirk, the project manager, arranged for our Lennox AC to be installed in a few weeks. Vanessa and Shaq completed the installation in one day with skill and care. We are extremely pleased with the work.

    Air Conditioner repair

    A technician came to repair my air conditioner. He was very polite & cordial. He suggested a few ideas & implemented one of them - afterwards he apologized as the solution did not work. $200 not well spent & we are still sweltering. I’m disappointed, needless to say.

    A/C install

    Clinton arrived as promised and as it was a wet and windy day they did the work as promised and my home was kept clean by them Clinton took me thru how to use my new A/C and thermostat so I could understand and use Through out this whole procedure the Arpi’s personnel were fantastic and I would recommend this company to my friends and family Thank you Arpi’s

    A/C repair

    Vanessa was able to quickly identify the issue with the air conditioner and provided a thorough report on what was required to resolve the issue. Vanessa was extremely professional and is a great representative for Arpis. I would highly recommend Vanessa and Arpis for any future work.

    Furnace To Friendship

    Ok caveat first, I have end stage Cystic Fibrosis and am on oxygen. This comes into play shortly. First off Kirk was the best guy to send out to quote me on a new furnace. He was super informative and honest. We found out we had a mutual friend and that he had a family member also afflicted with CF. My current furnace had a malfunction and it wasn’t fixable for a reasonable price so I opted to replace the 14 year old one, save money in the long run. So Kirk managed to get me scheduled in much sooner considering my situation and the fact that it was dropping to -3 at night. Thank goodness! So the furnace installers Curtis and ?(im sorry I forgot his name) did a bang up job and got my new furnace purring like a kitten. They were super respectful and made sure to avoid stepping on my oxygen hose while coming in and out with stuff. At the end of the day the guy who’s name I have forgotten(ugh) came to the door to ask me about this hose I had set out in the sun on the side of the house. I said oh I put it there to warm it up so I could eventually roll it up. He said ok, just want to make sure it wasn’t left behind from the other team doing the coring. So next day when I go to grab my mail I see this beautifully coiled up 60ft hose laying on my deck. Now this may seem trivial to many but to me it was like getting a gift. For me to physically coil up that hose with my oxygen on can take me an hour. I only have 25% lung function so to see it done was just amazing. That’s the kind of care and attention you get from the Arpis family!! Since last Thursday they have come back to tweak my AC and find the serial number on the furnace for me. I can’t say I have ever had this level of customer service in my life and I’ve been to many 5 star all inclusives. I have used arpis for all my heating and cooling needs for the 23 years I’ve been in my house and will continue to do so as well as recommend them to everyone. I now have a perfectly heated and cooled home and met some great people at the same time. Thank you so very much for your professionalism but more for your kindness.

    Furnace install

    The whole team has been prompt, professional and polite. The install was great and William explained the operation and maintenance of the furnace. Great product and great team! I already use Arpi’s for my yearly service.

    Furnace repair

    Vanessa replaced faulty inducer motor on Carrier high efficiency furnace. Vanessa did a great job and kept us informed on all matters from start to finish. I would highly recommend Arpi's for furnace repair work.

    16 Year Relationship

    Bought the house new in 2005 and found that our home builder had Arpi install the Furness's, Humidifiers and A/C. We've continued our relationship, having them replace and/or repair our home's Heating/Cooling systems and duct cleaning. We are very happy with their high level of professional service, Apri's tech's are outgoing, approachable, highly skilled. They get it right the first time.

    Arpi’s service

    I bought 2 Lennox furnaces from Arpi’s 8 years. To maintain the warranty on these, I have called Arpi’s every year to do the annual maintenance. They have been a pleasure to deal with - easy to book, timely, identifying potential problems and fixing things under the Lennox warranty for a fair and competitive charge. I would highly recommend Arpi’s to anyone considering buying or getting service for their HVAC needs.

    Replacement of existing A/C

    Arpi's did our original HVAC installation when our home was constructed. We use them for maintenance and service and yesterday they replaced one of our A/C units. Prompt quote, great choice of Unit but the best part of all was the two technicians that came to do the replacement. They were prompt, respectful, knowledgable, personable, kind and helpful. Totally clean inside and out wherever they were. I wish they did other types of home service. Just awesome!!
