    Furnace Inspection

    Habte did my furnance inspection, he gave a call letting me know when he was coming, answered all my questions, and even helped work through a problem with the humidifier free of charge.

    Furnace Service

    Service was provided by Habte in a thorough and efficient manner. He explained what he had done and made useful suggestions on how to keep the furnace running well in the future.

    Excellent Service

    Today Sarah came and performed a 15 point check on my furnace. She had done an excellent job, and she was very courteous. She went above and beyond when dealing with the furnace, and it is much appreciated. Thank you.

    Thermostat and Furnace tube up

    Vanessa did a great job troubleshooting a google Nest and fixing things rather than replacing the unit which I had been considering. Professional and courteous. She also was flexible in adding service I requested. Thanks!

    Furnace service

    Tech arrived on time. Preformed the service on my furnace, took him about 30 minutes. He then asked to use the bathroom. Was MIA in there for at least 25 minutes. Came out, told me “the job was done” billed me and left. Going to look at other options next year.

    Service

    Habte serviced my furnace, he did an awesome job. He arrived on time, answered all my questions, cleaned up after work, explained the job that he did and gave useful tips on general maintenance of the furnace. Thank you for your great work.

    Furnace cleaning

    Fast efficient and friendly. I had a whistling sound in the vent after the technician left and Habti came right back and fixed it immediately. I would recommend this service

    Furnace Cleaning

    Arpis sent Jacob over for a furnace cleaning this morning. I liked that he text me before coming over, and he arrived on time. He had no problem with me watching what he was doing, infact he encouraged it. I saw all the equipment he attached to the furnace to make sure it was running properly. Thank you Jacob and Arpis for this service.

    Emergency boiler repairs

    From the minute I called Arpies, the receptionist Michele was excellent and so helpful. Then Rose, the technician to who my call was transferred to was accommodating. I was scheduled in that same day, and the service guys showed up early. Brett and Joe, we're so professional and knowledgeable. They fixed our problem, were tidy and courteous. I had called another company earlier and was treated with disdain by the receptionist. I ended the call.

    Lennox warranty repair

    Vanessa was polite quick and very thorough. She made sure everything was up and running and confirmed that the new part did indeed repair the problem. Very happy with Arpis
