    Furnace replacement

    My 18 year old furnace failed at the end of the heating season this year. I had contacted numerous furnace companies including Arpi’s. I found the other companies felt like they were just selling a product where as Arpi’s were offering a service to meet my needs. Not pushy. Very professional. Arpi’s supplied and installed my new furnace on time and with no surprises. Top notch staff and service. Would recommend to friends and family.

    Furnace repair

    Furnace inoperable. Vanessa and Scott diagnosed the main problem as a seized draft inducer. They replaced the faulty motor, corrected a few minor problems and did a tune-up. They were prompt, congenial, knowledgeable and very thorough. Excellent service.

    Incompetent Service

    Incompetent! I told the receptionist this was going to be a hard repair when I booked the appointment. She said I would only be billed for a 1 hour call out fee if it wasn't fixed. I agreed to that. After paying $450 for because it was "fixed", the error light came back 1 hour later and Arpis refused to refund my money or apply the fees to a return visit. But hey, after $450, Arpis did update the time on my thermostat.

    Furnace repair

    Excellent customer service. Vanessa the technician was great! Very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I called this morning and she was here this afternoon. Very prompt and did a great job! Thanks so much!

    Furnace Concerns

    Called in regarding furnace noise and long run time. Admin employee was very kind, professional and arranged for a technician to visit for trouble shooting and repair if required. Ryan the technician was very friendly, professional, found the issue and repaired it. Quality service, great workmanship. Thank you Mike

    Master bathroom shower fix

    The work to replace the valve and shower controls was extremely challenging due to access being 9 feet over a stairwell. Went the extra mile to come back after his other daily calls to finish the work off so that the shower will be available by end of the day. Quality of work was very good and very personable and friendly. Setting up the service call was super fast and easy.

    Friendly, professional, and swift

    Venessa from ARPI worked on our furnace to change the induce motor. She not only did a good job on the motor, but also cleaned the furnace, tested all relevant temperatures and adjusted the gas pressures to tuned the old furnace to its best state. She also gave me advice on the up-keeping of the furnace. I’m very happy that the work is done so professionally and everything on the site was cleaned after everything was done. Thumbs up !

    Exceeded my expectations.

    Big shout out to the technician, Seth. After completing the repair he went the extra mile and repaired a crumpled intake vent that has been annoying us for years. We have had many technicians in before and they've never even mentioned that it was repairable, and this guy went ahead and repaired it without even asking. Much appreciated.

    Excellent work and service!

    I was very pleased with everything from start to finish! We added a legal suite to a single family home. For this 2 new furnaces and all new separated duct work is required. They also installed a new 50 gallon hot water tank. This was not an easy task to complete in a small/tight space. The estimator/project manager Kirk was knowledgable and had great ideas/suggestions. He was always responsive when I reached out. Matthew and his team did the install and were great to deal with. They did a really great job! I am very pleased. Pricing was competitive as well. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated Arpi's team!
