    Great service, reasonable prices, knowledgeable installers

    From the initial contact with Arpi's (Linda on customer service), everything went perfectly. The booking was done quickly (in a couple of days), the hot water tank installers (Joe and Alan) were really friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the maintenance of the unit and the service was seamless. Thanks for the great experience - I would definitely recommend Arpi's to friends and family.

    Pleasure to work with

    Needed a waterline installed, they responded quickly to a request for quote. Randy arrived on time despite my missing his text requesting confirmation that we were around. Work was done quickly, and Randy was good about explaining what he did. The invoice was itemized clearly and also includes a detailed description of what they did from the point of arriving on site. Very satisified with the work done.

    Furnace service

    Vanessa stopped by to fix the furnace as we didn’t have any heat for almost 24 hours. She was very nice and 100 percent professional. She texted me few minutes before stopping and I had to explain to her what was wrong with my furnace. After I told her what the problem was, she immediately new what was there to fix. She was quick and professional! Also she did mentioned few recommendations which resulted with the purchase of additional parts. Now we have heat at home! Thank you Vannesa for the great and prompt service

    Great service to solve flame sensor problem

    Robb - excellent tech for resolving issue. COVID compliant, took off work boots to go through home, ran diagnostics, changed flame sensor (on warranty), and reminded me to change the filter more often. Also identified my carbon monoxide detector is expired.

    Furnace and humidifier Annual Service

    Sarah was on time, courteous and helpful. She listened to my concerns, explained my options and the pros and cons. She went online to find helpful references for the appropriate home humidity. She also made It easy for us to register our furnace.

    Furnace problem

    Vanessa sent me a message on what time she was arriving and was on time. Found the problem within 10-15 min and got me back up and running. Great job!

    Furnace maintenance

    The appointment was Scheduled last week. The tech Arrived on time, went to work immediately, completed the work efficiently. At the end explained results and work completed along with expected future work.

    Humidifier

    Humidifier was leaking water. Jacob found the issue, which was minor, and fixed. Also took the time to explain the functionality as well as test system. All at no charge.

    Emergency furnace service

    Furnace wouldn’t work one morning. We called around and most companies were unable to send a technician that day. Our kids were freezing! We were able to get same day service from Arpi’s. The technician, Habte, arrived promptly and was very courteous. He diagnosed our problem and explained it clearly. He was able to fix the problem quickly and spent time showing me some preventative maintenance to ensure the problem does not happen again. Arpi’s will be my first call next time!

    Upgraded two 20 year old furnaces to high efficiency models

    After 20 years of faithful service one of my Arpi's installed Lennox furnaces showed heat exchanger deterioration & the other was becoming noisy so I called the company to get a quote & learn about the new code requirements for the high efficiency models. Project manager Robert explained what needed to be done to fit the required venting out through the side of my home & connect my water heater to a narrower roof vent. As you can see in one of the attached photos, safety code requirements meant that the venting needed to be extended past the underside of the deck which was unfortunate but I can live with that. I was most impressed by his professionalism & friendliness. Jivan & his assistants did an excellent job of fitting both furnaces along with all the piping into the very tight space in my tiny utility room. Unfortunately both furnaces were mistakenly shipped from the Lennox factory with the wrong inducer motor pressure sensor switches, causing each to stop working on different days as our temperature dropped. I called Arpi's twice on an emergency basis & was speedily connected to the on call tech Vanessa who was amazing. Extremely pleasant, knowledgable & helpful in explaining what had happened & replacing the incorrect part. She also programmed my new thermostats & made sure that all the warranty information had been filled out. She is a happy gem! Despite a somewhat bumpy start with my new furnaces, I am very pleased with all the people at Arpi's who helped me with this difficult installation.
