    Installation of 2 New Lennox Furnaces

    Awesome process, from diagnosis of the problem with our existing furnaces, to Kevin coming by to provide a quote, to Ross installing the furnaces. Arpis gives great practical advice, and Ross treats every installation as if he is installing in his own home. Will very likely go with Arpis to replace our AC units when they eventually fail.

    Annual Precision 30 Points Tune Up

    We delayed our annual furnace tune-up due to Covid-19. Realizing the coming winter is forecasted to be very cold, we made an appointment with Vanessa at ARPIS (see my past positive Google Review concerning Vanessa and ARPIS). The service was prompt, punctual and as always it was a pleasure to have Vanessa service our furnace and discuss with us her repair recommendations. And the 5% senior discount was appreciated.

    2 stage furnace installed

    Best experience and satisfaction of product and installation in 55 years. Superb company and staff. Meticulous workmanship and attention to detail. From office staff to installers the project was completed efficiently, professionally and worry free.

    Replace main water entry valve

    Collette was pleasant and helpful in arranging the work. The E-mail reminder of the scheduled time of arrival and outlining both the planned work and Covid precautions was and excellent idea. Randy arrived on time and was both personable and efficient. Good experience all around!

    30 Point Furnace Inspection by Jacob at Arpi's Industries

    I called Arpi's to perform a 30 point furnace inspection on a 6 year old furnace that had not been inspected or serviced since it was installed. The furnace installer was a professional company and the furnace was a mid efficiency Goodman sized for a 950 sq ft single level home with undeveloped basment. After another technician was unable to make the appointment, the Arpi's dispatcher contacted Jacob and he was glad to do the job on his way home after his regular calls. Jacob was very efficient at setting up his measurement equipment and explained to me what he was doing which I understood because of my technical and reno contractor background. The first thing is Jacob noticed the condensate drain line was missing and condensate was dripping down the side of the furnace, which can corrode most materials due to its acidic quality. He didn't have the correct diameter plastic drain pipe to install so I'll take care of that fix myself once I get a 7/8" line from Princess Auto. Jacob visually inspected the heat exchanger and saw no issues since the unit was relatively new. He identifed that the flame tip was carboning up which he showed me. He also determined that the fuel pressure was too high based on the exhaust gas chemical analysis so he turned down the gas pressure. This will probably save on the nat gas bill. He reconnected a disconnected humidifer water supply line but showed me the water drip from the water line piercing tap. He sent me a furance efficiency report. He explained everything he was doing for the inspection and he kept his cloth face mask on the entire time to comply with Covid rules. I feel better about the operation of the furnace unit now.     Boiler repair

    This was an in warranty repair that was don't to my complete satisfaction. Technician called to say he was on his way, he arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. There was no charge for the call but HomeStars would not let me submit review without a value in the cost field.

    furnance repair

    This is the third encounter I had with Vanessa from Arpi. Each and every time I have nothing but great things to say about Vanessa and Arpi. She came this time to replace the blower motor and the capacitor. It was on its last leg. As usual, Vanessa is competent, patient, methodical and polite. She got the job done very efficiently and cleaned up after her work. I would recommend Arpi and particularly Vanessa to anyone who needs work done on their furnaces. You will not be disappointed.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Adam was at the house to service the furnace. He suggested cleaning the humidifier and the price was fair. Proper COVID protocol was used and he answered all of my questions. He called me 10 minutes ahead of the beginning of the appointment window to give me an approximate arrival time and also texted me when he was actually on his way. Thanks Adam.

    Furnace and Humidifer Service

    The service tech (Cody) arrived on time, was friendly, professional, followed Covid safety protocols and went over and above with great customer service. Terrific work and we would recommend to a neighbour or friend.

    Feel the love

    Thank you very much to Julie and the group from Arpi’s for picking us for this honour! Jeff, Bob, Ross, Terry, Damian, Kent and Wes were fantastic, friendly and professional. The group at Arpi’s created such a great environment and experience that they’ve gained a customer for life, and I’ll recommend them to everyone!!
