    Reliable, Fast Service

    Had a bad part in unmaintained gas furnace in home new to me. Called Arpi's. Knowledgable staff answered quickly and made it easy to schedule a technician in same week. On day of appt, tech Vanessa, called ahead to confirm ETA, arrived on time. She quickly finished initial inspection, gave me a detailed quote, texted me when done, and finished easily within the 2 hour appointment time. This included proactively addressing a secondary issue that was identified - for which she showed me a photo before I approved the work. Gave advice on my furnace filters so as to prolong the life of my equipment. Received electronic invoice immediately with fast credit card payment option. Their personnel and processes make it easy to feel comfortable with their technical expertise and service. I would definitely work when them again, and recommend them.

    Vanessa the HVAC wonder!

    Prompt, professional and highly effective, Vanessa resolved our furnace issue in just a couple of hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service. I'll recommend Arpi's without hesitation.

    Amazing service and crew

    I need to start by mentioning our furnace was inspected twice in 2020 by Alberta home services. On their check list, they claimed to have checked and stated the heat exchanger in the furnace. We were still having problems, after spending money on an inducer motor kit, 500.00 dollars. We called Arpi’s. The technician Kelly came out, he found and took pictures to show us, that the heat exchanger was badly damaged. Not something that happened recently. So badly damaged he had to legally shut off our furnace. We needed a new furnace and sooner than later, got several quotes from Arpi’s, picked a furnace, and had it installed. They were fast, efficient and left the place spotless. Thank you to everyone who was involved.

    New Lennox furnace

    Two days before Christmas and a record snowfall the night before. I woke up to someone shovelling the driveway. The awesome salesman and one of the workers. Then the deck was shovelled for access to the roof. Then the salesman shovelled out behind my garage so I could go to an appointment. The gas fitter was so knowledgeable, and also taught me about how to use the new thermostat etc. They worked quietly, cleanly and tirelessly. I am thrilled at the Constant level of heat throughout the house and how quiet the furnace runs. They even modified our humidifier to use less water and prepared the hookup for a gas range. I look forward to a smaller electric bill. They go beyond all expectations. I highly recommend Arpis.

    Reliable as always - Relocate fresh air intake

    Always a good experience with Arpi's. They have been the company I go to for furnace maintenance since they installed my parents' new furnace many years ago. They have handled all warranty related issues with the manufacturer. I have since had them replace the furnace in my own house. At my tuneup appointment this year, I asked about a duct in the basement which ices up on really cold days. The technician (Habte) took the time to look at the duct work and consulted with a senior tech over the phone to come up with a solution and quote for me to consider for a later date. I scheduled a few weeks later for the work to be done. The senior tech (Clayton) relocated the fresh air intake with a damper to prevent ice buildup in the future. He explained all the work done and left the area clean. No really cold days yet so I'm not sure if this has resolved the ice buildup issue. I have seen both Habte and Clayton at my parents' house over the years so it seems like some of the techs have been with the company for a while. Habte and Clayton are very knowledgeable and really seem to know the science relating to HVAC. It's good to see techs who take the time to educate homeowners and also seem to enjoy sharing knowledge in their field of expertise.

    Furnace Maintenance

    I just had my two furnaces serviced by Erwin. He was very personable and efficient. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and answered any questions I had. My furnaces are 40 years old, but Erwin had no problem in performing the required work to keep them running. I have no hesitation in recommending Arpi's. From booking the appointment to completion of the work, everything is efficient. I like using Arpi's as my furnaces are Lennox and they know this product inside out. Thank you Erwin for a job well done and I enjoyed meeting you too.

    Installation of new furnace and hot water tank

    From sales through to install they were professional and delivered on everything they promised. The job was completed on time and quality was outstanding. Hauled all the old equipment away and left the place just as they found it.

    LENNOX FURNACE NEW INSTALLATION

    I had a new Lennox Furnace installed in our country home Dec 07 2020 by John and Alex -- they were amazing - courteous - on time - expert - knowledgeable and efficient and tidy and very thorough

    Furnace repair and maintenance. Humidifier maintenance and repair

    Furnace quit on us overnight. Called Arpi’s and got service within 2 hours. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Repairs done within a couple of hours. Also replace motherboard for furnace to newer version. Have used Arpi’s for over 20 years and highly recommend them.

    Furnace service

    Excellent service was provided on my furnace work. A high pitched hum was diagnosed quickly and options provided to resolve the matter. The chosen option was very cost effective and effective.
