    Plumbing

    Alan was great and professional - he helped us solve our plumbing issues and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. I would highly recommend this company - thank you!

    Hot water tank problems

    Hot water pilot not working properly. The tech dis-assembled and, using my air compressor, cleaned everything in combustion chamber including the pilot gas feed line. Final result was cleaner flame on main burner and smother gas flow to the pilot. Also discussed future possibilities with the tech (Aaron). It was very informative and he was a pleasure to deal with. The whole thing rates 8-9 out of 10. Definitely recommend Arpi's to anyone needing service work done in Calgary Alberta.

    PTU for AC

    Overdue air conditioner service. Technician (Myles) called ahead of appointment to say he would be early. Spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing to me and was very patient with my questions. Made several recommendations for future maintenance. Very polite and professional. Very pleased with the service.

    Standard Maintenance

    Apri’s has always done our furnace repairs. Last year we had them install a new furnace, so this was just a standard inspection and tune up to maintain our warranty. Without exception everyone who has ever entered our home from this company was respectful, friendly and transparent with what was going to be done and cost. Hatem was our technician yesterday and he was an absolute delight to deal with. He excels in customer service, and it is a natural thing for him. Not forced or learned. It’s just who he is.

    Service

    We just had our yearly furnace service done by ARPIS technician JS and are very pleased with the professional service he had provided. He was efficient and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The only downside of our experience is that it took so long for his iPad to process the info. Keep up the great work.

    Furnace Tuneup

    I just had a tuneup on my furnace performed by Hatem Elmourad from Arpi’s and am very pleased with his service and professionalism. He advised me of his findings and answered all of my questions. I will be sure to recommend Hatem and Arpi’s to all our friends.

    WOW

    WOW ... From the first contact with Reception through to two different service calls I had requested - one for the Duct Cleaning - thank you Cody and Kyle and the second for Furnace and AC tune-up - thank you Rob, I was VERY impressed. Everyone was very professional, personable, all protocols followed and everything explained to me in terms I could understand. For future work, that would help our furnace run more efficiently, it was information - no hard sell as with previous technicians/companies. There have been several different companies and trades people working in our furnace. Rob worked with it all which I noted as the 2 previous companies struggled or were completely flummoxed by all the additional wiring. So nice to find a company of experienced professionals. Thank you Arpi's. I will definitely contact you for future assistance.

    Furnace repair

    The furnace repair tech was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for the friendly service and prompt replies. In addition, they take took proper health precautions during their visit.

    Always great service

    Arpi's always provides quick and excellent service! I came home to a broken thermostat. The service queue was all booked up but the call centre went out of their way so I could get a next day appointment!

    Tech was punctual, pleasant, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered respectfully and with patience. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding. I am so impressed with Arpis' high standards.
