    New furnace & air conditioner - one year checkup

    Excellent service. Technician, Fikreyesus Habte was friendly, polite, very thorough, helpful and explained everything clearly throughout the checkup. Left tidy and clean. From installation, maintenance, to the people we have talked to in the office, everyone is very polite and professional. Thankyou!!

    Furnace checkup and tuneup.

    Annual furnace checkup. Extremely detailed and thorough checkup. Friendly and helpful technician walked through all elements of furnace’s efficiency, age and safety. Everything was documented and saved for next year’s assessment

    Service 2 furnaces

    Arrived on time. Reviewed any problems which we were having. (None) Serviced both furnaces and explain all service work. Changed filters. Very pleasant and clean up everything following his work. Very good job!

    Furnance tune-up

    Tech called 15 min before to say he was on his way. He was very thorough/polite and explained his diagnosis clearly. He displayed competency as he proceeded about his work. Highly recommend tech Fikreyesus H.

    Furnace

    Respectful and excellent service received. These days it is so hard to find honest and exceptional workmanship. Without hesitation we feel we received the best in town. Thank you. Highly recommend this company. Especially the technician.

    Furnace making noise , fan not working , an electric part burned , basic cleaning of furnace

    The technician was professional, he understood my situation as a female home owner. He did a fantastic job explaining how my furnace works, replaced filters for free + gave me extra ones. He checked the functionality of my thermostats and replaced batteries. He set them . He explained my humidifier and made recommendations on how to maintain it. He made sure everything is working well. This Arpi company is the best . I recommend it .

    Furnace/AC tune up and inspection

    Called Arpi’s for my yearly furnace and ac tune up. Myles arrived as scheduled and on time. He was professional and explained what was completed so that I understood the process. In addition, he answered my questions about potential future parts that could require replacement so that I am aware of approximate costs that I will have to put into my budget. This is the second year that Myles has come out to my house for the furnace and ac service and I will be asking for him next year since he did such an amazing job.

    Furnace replacement

    Arpi's gave me a great quote and suggested options that I was not aware of that worked great for our furnace replacement! The service guys were right on time, did their work without a fuss and were out and cleaned up before the scheduled time. A+.

    Service call

    My summer fan was not working so I called for a service call. The technician arrived the next morning. His name was Ray Fan and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Ray stuck around to ensure it continued to work and answered all my questions. great job Ray.
