    Furnace repair

    I have always found Apris to be very knowledgeable and professional. Today I had arranged for Arpis to come in for a routine inspection of my AC and they also discovered some issues with my furnace that I am relieved to now have repaired. I cant recommend Arpis enough.

    Furnace Replacement

    Replacing existing 80% efficiency Trane XR with a new Lennox HE 96% furnace last month; plus the liner for the chimeny. Absolutely no issues with the 2 people who came in. Smooth quote->scheduling->implementation->payment. Will recommend.

    Premier Boiler Service

    I purchased their premier boiler service and didn't receive competent or a premier service. My boiler wasn't operational from Dec 12 to Jan 31. No heat or hot water in the house following a bungled annual service and partial repair. The service tech couldn't locate heat affected parts after disassembly of the boiler for inspection and cleaning. Parts that were available on 2 days delivery from Winnipeg couldn't be sourced. After the long wait, tools that had been left behind were rounded up, the burner efficiency check couldn't be done as that tool was left at the last job the tech asked for $39 and change. I respectfully declined as I had been waiting for the manager to contact me to refund the premiere service charge, a service I didn't receive and a manager that knows little of service or email. I was contacted the next day by accounts asking for the balance of payment 50% of total. 1 email, 3 calls later still no response from the manager. I strongly suggest contacting a business that provides service.

    Great installation team

    Thank you to Elod and his team for great service during installation. They were very professional, tidy, efficient and helpful. I would recommend Arpis to others.

    Furnace Repair

    My house was very cold after the furnace shut down over the long weekend. But when Myles showed up he solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He even went to the supplier to get the part that was needed. Since I recently signed on to Arpi's service contract I only had to pay for the part (with an Arpi's discount included). No dispatch or labour costs. That certainly made paying for the contract worthwhile. Excellent service!

    New furnace and hot water tank installed

    Could not be happier with the service provided by the installers Michael and Laue (no sure of spelling). They were super friendly did an amazing job, very professional and did a complete cleanup when done. Explained everything as well during the install. Furnace and HWT work great. The estimate done by Dennis was extremely thorough and also provided recommendations within our budget, and believe me I am super picky so everything had to be perfect for me to leave a review. Thanks guys - great job :)

    Furnace installation

    The project manager John came on time to do the measurement and quote. He was very knowledgeable, confident and pleasant to deal with. The quote and payment term were clearly explained to my satisfaction. The technician Eric came today and finished the installation in 4 hours. During the insulation he and his helper were very professional, and take care of things. Eric answered all my questions and provided a walk through when the installation is done. He also provided some maintenance tips and advices as to how to keep the furnace operating trouble free. I am very satisfied with Arpis services and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you Arpi!

    30 POINT FURNACE INSPECTION, TUNE-UP and CLEANING

    My last furnace 30 Point tune-up ($159) , by Arpis, was November 2020. For my November 2023 (post pandemic) 30 Point Tune-Up ($179), ARPI'S sent Myles Learning whom I did not know. Myles did not disappoint. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient; all the essentials of taking care of the customer and providing remarkable service.

    Furnace 30 point PTU

    Habte performed the annual inspection on my furnace. His work was far superior to previous "inspections". The before pictures he took showed debris from a July 2021 renovation project still in the blower housing despite 2 annual inspection since then. I would strongly suggest you ask for pictures of your furnace before and after inspection.
