    Top of the line service

    The technician Scott show up on time and was very knowledgeable & took the time to show me what we should do to take care of and maintaining the furnace to keep the furnace working at its best performance. He did the annual maintenance on the furnace and inspected it to make sure everything is in great shape before winter. 5 stars would recommend Scott as he knew what he was doing and took care of our concerns.

    Installed air conditioning

    Professional, clean, efficient installation. Listen to our needs. Said what they would do, did what they said and it cost what they said it would cost. Not extra charges.

    Install of 2furnaces

    The service I received to install 2 new furnaces was excellent. The installers, Gord and Jon were very efficient and respectful of me. They worked steadily for 2 days and looked after all that was necessary for the project. I will recommend Arpis.

    Annual Check Up

    Habte came to our residence earlier than expected and was awesome! He advised us how we should be taking care of and maintaining it the furnace to keep the longevity of the furnace. He did the annual maintenance on the furnace and inspected it to make sure everything is in great shape before winter. 10/10 would recommend Habte as he knew what he was doing!

    Another great maintenance session from Habte

    We trust Arpi's when it comes to any house maintenance. We had Habte coming for another session to our furnace after last year's check on the humidifier. This was part of our Gold Plan subscription. He cleaned, fixed the furnace and very kindly answered all our questions. Thank you very much!

    Myles is very thorough and patient professional. He patiently explained the troubleshooting requirements, shared his professional recommendations and explained the alternative solutions. I am grateful for the service received.

    Furnace and AC Annual Maintenance

    My first time to have the furnace and AC checked since it was only installed last year. I learned the hard way which is have the furnace and AC checked annually or every other year to avoid having a cold house during winter and hot evenings during summer.

    Terrific Response

    Turned furnace on and the heat didnt come on. The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. He was very good and resolved our issue quickly.

    Air Conditioning repair

    During our annual maintenance appointment it was discovered our AC UNIT wasnt working properly. The tech discovered the coil was faulty. Fast forward to when the parts arrived - we receive a call from Arpis and they inform us the coil repair would be free. Arpis had contacted Lennox who wouldnt cover it but Arpis did. A very pleasant surprise indeed. Vanessa and Tanner arrived on time, outlined what they would be doing and kept me updated. After 5 hours of install time (this is a big job) they both took the time to answer my questions. Vanessa also suggested a few products that would benefit us, was upfront with the costs and didnt pressure me into the purchase. Highly recommend Arpis. Their Platinum program is worth the cost, its very reasonable and the benefits outweigh that cost. From the customer service representative that answers the phone to the techs that do the work in your home- they are respectful and friendly.
