    Service on furnace and humidifier

    Excellent service. The gentleman was courteous and efficient. Great service. Thank you! On time just as promised. Well done! Used Arpi's for many years and will continue. Recommend to others!

    air conditioner install

    completed as promised, on time and tested, despite the rainy day and the need to work inside and out, there was no need for any clean up on my part at the end of the day!

    Replacement of a hot water tank

    Darryl did not do any damage to our home when he removed our old tank or when moving the new tank in. It was a challenging installation for him but he found a way to do it. I don't think any inexperienced installer could have done the job as quickly as he did and with perfect results.

    New Bathroom

    We are very happy with choosing Arpi’s to do our new bathroom. Jordan and Mo went above and beyond in ensuring all the work was done in a timely manner. They coordinated everything with the other trades which made everything go smoothly. Their recommendations and advice turned out great! We really appreciate all their hard work and love our new bathroom! We have already recommended RNC plumbing to friends and will definitely do it again! Thank you!

    Air conditioner yearly maintenance and Jeremy also checked and answered my questions regarding the humidifier, very helpful and courteous.

    Jeremy was so knowledgeable and was very willing and patient to share his expertise. Jeremy even left me a "cheat sheet" as a helpful reminder as to how the humidifier works and what to look for as for proper operation.

    Really appreciate the service from Vanessa. She provided exceptional service and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. She answered to all my inquiries and I got exactly what I was looking for.

    Furnace and AC service

    Technician Lee did an excellent job. He was very thorough and explained everything in an understandable manner. I’ve never had service of this quality in the past. Thanks. Will try to get him for future service work.

    Furnace tune up

    The service was efficient, friendly and informative! We’ll continue to use Arpi’s for our annual check ups and anything needed in between. And as a bonus, the time window estimate was small and accurate. Thanks!

    Furnace and water heater

    We had the inspection out on the 29th he was impressed with the neatness and everything was fine. The installer was helpful and answered all our questions. The helper may need a little more training and his cleanup is not to a housewife’s satisfaction. All around a good job . Thank you all.
