Randy came out to cap off a water line for my fridge, which had leaked three times. He was extremely pleasant, thorough, and considerate. Then Jeremy came by to check my furnace. Another service company, whose customer I had been for over 10 years, had come by multiple times to replace the flame sensor, but the problem was never fixed. They finally told me I needed a new furnace (and hot water tank). Jeremy did a full diagnostic, explaining everything as he worked, asking repeatedly if I had any questions. He was super thorough and knowledgeable. Turns out my furnace is fine - he found the problem (damper) and fixed it. No need to replace the furnace. Arpi’s will now replace my hot water tank - at half the price the other company quoted! I’m an Arpi’s customer for life now! Should have been with them all along. They’re obviously ethical, honest, helpful and capable. Great job - I couldn’t be happier!
