    Very good knowledge sharing

    Shubhkarman came in and educated us on all the furnace maintainance we needed. He recommended having a surge protector that would save us from replacing the furnace in case of big spikes. All of this while being very polite and thoughtful about our family (keep noise down mainly). Thank you Arpi's.

    Furnace inspection

    I had Arpis perform my annual furnace inspection. Habte, the technician, did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of the blower beyond what had been done in the past. He also recommended installing a surge protector (the control board had been fried 10 years ago during an ice storm) because of all the electronics in our furnace and thermostat. He also took time to explain all the work he had done. Highly recommended.

    Mini Split AC install

    Clinton and his team installed a Mini-Split system in my condo this week. They arrived at the scheduled time, answered all my questions and completed the install in a matter of hours. The Mini-Split is quiet and cools our space very effectively. I would definitely recommend Arpis and their team to anyone looking for a professional group. They were a pleasure to have in my home.

    New Air Conditioner install

    Very professional, from quote to install all staff were knowledgeable, skilled, courteous and honest. Pricing was fair, product is top of the line. They actually visited our home to come up with the best solution and accurate quote(non standard installation)

    Plumbing Project

    I am a loyalty customer on the HVAC side of Arpis, and a very happy customer! Every employee working on my furnace or air conditioner was amazing. That's why I thought I should call Arpis for my plumbing problem. Well, I was quite disappointed. The Arpis plumber was competent but took a very long time to make decisions (while the clock was running) and when he left after 4 hours, he said that the company would call me with quotes to get the project moving. I did get a phone call from Arpis and when I asked specific questions about what was included for the price, the lady said she would get back to me via email with specific informations because she had to check with her manager. When I did not receive an email, I called Arpis and was told that this employee did not work there anymore but that someone else would reach out to me shortly. After a few days of silence, I called and left a message for the supervisor. I left one message a day for three days. After the third day, I did get a very nice and courteous call from the supervisor, which was much appreciated. I asked if he could send an email with specific details. I did get an email but I had to ask to receive more information about what was included and the specific price for each product. I did not receive an answer. I decided to move on and say good bye to April. I called a different plumbing company and in a matter of 24 hours, my project was completed! The new plumber gave me a quote for the project before the start. The quote included time and parts instead of running the clock like with Arpis. There was a sense of security in knowing that no matter what, all I would pay in the end was the price quoted. Therefore, I will remain a good customer at Arpis for HVAC but will avoid the plumbing side of the business in the future.

    A/C & hot water tank installation

    Clinton et al showed up on time, kept me in the loop throughout the day, answered all of my many questions and even consolidated the drainage from humidifier, water tank etc. Before he left he made sure i was happy with the water temp and also showed me the A/C condenser working. Still needs to finish the installation when the weather is warmer but I am confident the work will be done properly.

    Water Heater Kaput !

    We woke up to no hot water - phoned ARPIS. Rose was very responsive and resourceful in getting us a technician within hours that same day. Roger arrived at the appointed time and proved to be very capable, personable and dedicated to giving us the very best service. He believed the WH to be J repairable but took the time to investigate whether it was still under warranty ( even though ARPIS was not the original installer. Good news indeed , the WH was under warranty for another 6 months ! This experience convinced us once again that ARPIS is the very best option for quality service from top notch people like Rose & Roger !

    Furnace servicing

    Mr Habte was the technician who serviced my furnace. He was very friendly and informative. In a nutshell, Mr Habte did an amazing job!

    Furnace Service and Repair

    Sarah, Arpis tech, arrived on time and was polite and professional. She explained what had to be repaired and why in a clear, easy to understand manner. Great work and thank you!

    Furnace Tune up

    Habte did a great job. It was a pleasure to have him in our home again. Habte is very professional and willing to answer all my questions. Thanks to Arpi's for honoring our request to have Habte do the work. A very positive experience.
