    Furnace installation

    Installed 95 percent efficient furnace. Installers William and David were very friendly and efficient. They took time to answere all my questions. Mike in sales and Kurt project manager also made me feel that made the right purchase. I feel a Lennox furnace from Costco thru Arpis was the right purchase. Thx. Ron Webster

    Installation of Tankless Water Heater

    Arpi’s installed a tankless water heater for me. The fellows who came to my house were polite and the installation was completed exactly in the time quoted. I will definitely be using Arpi’s for my plumbing needs in the future.

    Furnace replacement

    The job was to replace two 25 year old furnaces with new high efficiency furnaces and new humidifiers. In addition to installing the furnaces a significant amount of new ducting was required. All completed efficiently and courteously (and at budget).

    furnace and water heater yearly inspection

    Repaired hot water tank

    The pilot light wouldn’t turn on. They came promptly the follow day and found that the high limit switch didn’t work. The technician called around till he found the part in Edmonton and got it shipped ASAP. Once the part arrived, they sent out another technician, Sam, who replaced the switch. The tank worked at first so Sam left. I went down to find the pilot light out again. I contacted Sam and he came back at the same day as soon as he was finished with his other appointment. He took it apart and cleaned it and it has been running well since. I really appreciate the communication and work done. Everything was explained very clearly to me.

    Furnace service

    I have noticed that my furnace was not working properly so called a couple of companies for quotes. Arpi’s offered same day service at the best price. Lee, the technician, was at my door doorstep within a couple of hours and did a great job fixing the furnace. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend Arpi’s to others.

    Purchased

    Arrrived on time and placed protective covering on stairs to basement mechanical room. workers were accommodating in answering our questions as they worked. Job was completed in five hours. The cleanup was impeccable and operation of the system explained. Systems outside components were covered for the winter. Job suscessfully completed. Very Satisfied.

    installed hot water tank

    Darryl, service person was very informative , did a great job. was quick, answered all my questions. There was no mess left at all. He gave me lots of information about maintenance of the tank.

    2 Lennox HE furnaces

    Outstanding service from the very beginning: meeting with Arpi's sales rep Mike at Costco South; site assessment with Arpi's very knowledgeable and experienced project manager Kirk. Highly professional, experienced, helpful and pleasant installers: Joe S, Matthew and Hank. First rate all the way through. Left site immaculately clean, good follow up from Arpi's customer service. Very well done, our thanks to an outstanding team.

    New Furnace

    Removed old furnace and instaledl new one. Cleaned up everything after and took old furnace. Done professionally!! Thanks Terry
