    Required new garage heater

    Very impressed with the installation crew * On Time *Courteous *Knowledgeable *Efficient Took the time to go over the new unit and to problem solve any issues we may have before calling for service Well Done Again Arpi's!!!!

    HVAC (Oct. 30, 2018),

    PTU Furnace 30 Point Checklist (house), PTU Furnace 15 Point Checklist (garage), PTU Humidifier. Outstanding experience. It had been a long time since I had the work done and was kind of nervous. Technician Lee was spot on time, courteous and professional. Saved me some dollars on the garage furnace PTU and the humidifier. Very satisfied.

    Basement in-floor heating system

    Assessed system and improved its functioning, installed new thermostat. Provided education regarding system and maintenance.

    Sam was on time and very professional. He showed me what the problems were and we discussed options to get the work done. I was very pleased.

    Install furnace, AC & water tank

    Alex & Dan did a superb job. Neat and tidy in their work. Always asked our opinion on a particular aspect of the job. Kept us completely in the loop every step of the way. Arrived on time and left only when job was completed. Excellent in all aspects of the job.

    Service technician checked/fixed malfunctioning furnace, explained procedure, and advised steps to limit service calls in the future.

    Furnace check

    Our 15 year old furnace needed a full check up so we called you as we have used you before. Vanessa came and did a very thorough check cleaning and around the house to check carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors , etc. She also went outside and checked vents and things as well. She vacuumed the furnace really well and went above and beyond by cleaning the hard scale from around my drain from the humidifier and clamped the drain to make sure the water dripped directly down the drain and not on the floor. Vanessa was great very efficient and professional, but really friendly too. She was super.h

    service call

    I have very recently purchased a furnace from Arpi`s and when I phoned for a service call, Lee came promptly. He quickly and graciously resolved my problem as I was concerned about the CO2 detector. Many thanks Lee.
