    Toilet bowl reset and kitchen faucet water lines reversed.

    Sam did an excellent job for us. His approach with his customers is second to none in regards to thoroughly explaining all activities he was going to carry out for us. Furthermore, Sam is a very sincere person and an attribute to ARPI'S operations. The Company is fortunate to have a front end person of his caliber representing them.

    Furnace Tune-up

    We recently had our furnace annual tune up done. We are happy with the work done. The tech who did the work (Shaun) arrived right on time as scheduled. He was very professional and explained everything he was checking.

    Replace stuck shower faucet

    Sam called to update me on his ETA so I didn’t have to guess when he would arrive. We exchanged photos so he could better plan out the work. He dealt with me In professional way and was a pleasure to have on the project.

    Annual servicing of furnaces.

    The service technician was courteous and arrived on time. He performed his work in a very professional manner and took the time to fully explain to me the report on my furnaces. Kudos to Arpi’s!

    Furnace replacement

    The technician's were very respectful and clean while working within an occupied space. I would definitely do business with them again.

    Furnace service

    The staff fixed my furnace very friendly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with his service. Thank you. I would like strongly recommended their service. I will use it next time if I need it.

    Replace furnace

    A retro job, involving more than a simple replacement of like components. Very pleased with the information given at the quotation stage, the final price and the quality of the installation. Service was courteous, efficient and to our complete satisfaction.

    furnace replacement / install

    The service men assessed the area and recognized potential issues with the sister furnace in the room. The install was tidy and care was taken to ensure our other unit would function optimally. There was no mess left (as I told the service team, I should have had you working in the kitchen - if I knew the state you left your work area) and instruction was thorough. No concerns only plenty of reassurance and confidence. Excellent team - many thanks to David and William.

    Furnace replacement

    Both Jason and Mathew were very good at their job. Did all that we asked them to do and more. Very professional workers. hOWEVER our deep freeze was unplug on one of the work days and we did not notice it today( Nov 1) when we noticed water on the floor. Nothing seems to be lost in the freezer but had we not noticed it things could have been worse.
