    Toilet Repair

    I had a great gentleman come out to address the problems I was experiencing with a toilet. Sam, the service technician, did a great job of addressing my concerns and made sure that the problem was fixed to my specifications. In addition, he didn't rush through the work and was willing to change the repair to my specifications after he felt it was complete if I was not satisfied. Thankfully I was satisfied. That type of service is invaluable.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Daryl did a great job, was careful not to wreck my place when transporting everything in and out.

    Furnace installation

    Excellent and efficient installation. Would highly recommend them to Arpi’s and their customers. Took time to show me what they had done and explain how to do routine maintenance.

    Furnace service

    Sean Valle serviced my 1994 furnace very professionally. He was very polite and explained clearly his work and recommendations. Very impressed. Thank you Sean!

    Humidifier

    Lee was very professional and offered to check to make sure my existing humidifier was working properly. He discovered it hadn’t been connected properly to the power source. He quickly fixed it and got it running and took the time to show me how to adjust it on the thermostat. Fantastic customer service! Thanks Lee!

    Furnace maintenance

    The furnace specialist arrived right on time, was very pleasant and efficient. He asked before replacing any parts and seemed very knowledgeable. There were a few mixups in the booking process but the service professional at our home was a 10 out of 10!

    Furnace maintenance

    Jeremy did a very nice job, he was polite , efficient and did a few minor adjustments with our furnace. He also figured out how to make it circulate for us.

    Furnace check up

    Furnace checkup for two year old townhouse. Furnace Precision Tune-up report 15 point. The technician was Jared Moore.

    Yearly maintenance of furnace humidifier and water tank

    Sean arrived on time introduced himself and then proceeded to do the work quickly and efficiently. He explained everything when he was done and made sure I was happy with the work before he left.
