We had a very good experience with Arpi's from our initial sales meeting at our house, with a very thorough review and detailed explanation of the system. The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked to solve or resolve any issues that arose on site in a manner satisfactory to us. The only concern I had was I expected the units to be smaller and as a result I thought I'd have more space in my furnace room, but because I added in the bigger air filters the new units took about the same amount of space as the old ones.... this was a surprise and I never took the air filters into consideration.

As an architect I am used to excellent service from Arpi's in the commercial field, which was also evident in my residential project. The Lennox equipment is excellent, as I expected.

Arpi's service is excellent. I have an ongoing issue with a thermostat and they were very prompt in sending someone to remedy the problem. Works well for now and if I decide to replace it you'll be hearing from me! Thanks.

Apri's was professional and was able to fix my furnace instead of putting a new one in which saved us money. We were living on acreage near Calgary so some companies do not like to service clients out of town. It was a cold winter day and their service person came out quickly and me and my husband were very happy with the service.

Their furnace has made our house less dusty and it has saved us lots on our heating bills. It is a more efficient furnace and the air quality in our house now if fantastic.

The furnace broke down and Arpies was very quick to respond and fix the problem. They are also the place to buy parts from when you need a new fan for the furnace etc. Good, reliable guys, decent prices.
