    Furnace Servicing

    We had our furnace serviced and cleaned when we moved in. The service technician was on time and very nice. He worked in our favor to get an approval for a warranty replacement on the furnace fan since we had just bought the house and before we moved in the furnace wasn't ever serviced (voids warranty). They are great and I would have them back any day and recommend them to others.

    Furnace Installation

    Our furnace quit working 3 days before the temperature was forecast to drop to around -30C mark. I phone Arpi's about 11:30 AM on the Thursday and told them the problem. About 30 minutes later I received a call from the Project Manager to say that he would be at my house in 30 minutes to see about the furnace. A new Lennox furnace was installed by early afternoon on the Saturday, about 12 hours before the cold weather arrived. Thank you Arpi's for a very professional job. On an incidental note: the furnace that was replaced was a 33 year old Lennox that had been installed by Arpi's.

    Furnace installation

    Installation was done in January 2012. Installation went very well. We are extremely happy with the overall experience and would be happy to recommend Arpi's to anyone doing a furnace upgrade. Thank you again.

    Furnace Installation

    This was a great experience from start to finish. I wish everything was this easy - keep up the good work! I would not hesitate recommending Arpi's to anyone looking for a new heating system.

    Furnace Duct Cleaning

    Arpis did our duct cleaning in our new house. They arrived on time and did the job for the estimated cost. The previous owners of the house were pet owners and the duct cleaning definitely helped with the allergy symptoms.

    New furnace installation

    ARPI's were recommended to us by a number of different people and their online reputation sounded great. However, when they arrived to remove our old furnace and install the new one they openly complained about the weight of the furnace. Following the installation I found three serious oversights: the new chimney outlet was not fastened to the chimney stack; an old cold air return was left unsealed; and they had cut through our cable television line. They very reluctantly repaired the issues and begrudgingly gave us a 10% discount.

    Furnace Installation

    We were very pleased with the Arpi's people; start to finish. From the sales representative, in their ability to get the install done as promised as well as the efficiency and professionalism of the installers. I decided after getting multiple quotes on who to have do the upgrade and prior to making the final decision to call Arpi's for a quote. They were professional, organized on clear detailed quote and came in as the lowest bid which made it a very simple decision. We are also very pleased with the functionality and the steady warmth of the furnace. Highly recommend to anyone that would be looking to upgrade their furnace. They say in business there are 3 components, Quality, Price & Service; pick 2 you really want. In this case it is as close to getting 3 as I have ever seen.

    Furnace & Duct cleaning

    Great Service. Completely satisfied. The gentleman was quick and sufficient. Suggested a few things we can do to help, i.e. Purchasing a lifetime filter. Didn't leave any debris behind. Cleaned up after himslef. I work for the insurance brokerage that Arpi's deal with. I will Always come back to them for service.

    Furance and humidifier installation

    Had a mid efficiency furnace installed and a humidifier. The boys came on time, and cleaned up efficiently. Had to come back one more day to complete the job, but we had heat, so it was no problem.

    furnace filter replacements

    just bought a new home in / near calgary with a very large high efficientcy furnace filter and had such a diffucult time finding one none of the home improvent stores had them , after calling a few other places we tried arpis were they we able to help right away they knew very well what we needed and got 2 new filters from them at a resonable price
