Incorrect installation, leaking humidifier, another day and a half to rip it out and re-install. Leaking exhaust pipe, screeching noise from the furnace, humidifier still not working now, it goes on and on. Company has never returned calls & has zero customer service or accountability. The sales guy was completely dishonest to me before I bought and his daddy is the manager of the residential department, so no repercussions there. Grossly overpriced and deceitful. When installers were doing to opposite of what the sales guy said they would I was told 'what do you expect from a salesman?'

Responded quickly to our emergency of a burst pipe between floors. Diagnosed the source and minimized the amount of invasive hole cutting needed. Price for callout was very reasonable with most of the expense for repairing and painting the ceiling drywall. Professional service provided in a courteous manner.

Very efficient and quick and the salesman gave me a detailed explanation of the product being installed. . Finished in one day. Would have liked it if they had arranged the inspection rather than me.

We have purchased two Lennox air conditioners through Arpi's at Costco and have found them not only to be the best price in the Calgary but also a very high quality product. The installation was completed quickly and on schedule. The Lennox units themselves are very quiet.

called Arpi's to see if they could clean my furnace. Not only did they clean my furnace, they also went over the furnace to see what was going on my furnace. I had a coupon for 20% off that had expires and they still let me use it.

Broke down right after moving in to new home, no heat. Came back twice, will not replace, no heat again following winter, still will not replace and this time charged for servicing saying it's over warrenty, broke down again the yr after.

We got our furnace, hot water tank, and humidifier replaced with ARPI's two years ago. The pipe for the exhaust is leaking and the second carbon monoxide detector stopped working. They wanted to charge us for coming out to look at it and replacing the detector, when it was still under warranty. Originally they said we would have a 5year warranty. This company is terrible, their staff is lazy, unprofessional, and did the bare minimum! I am very disappointed that they did not meet their warranty commitment. I would not recommend this furnace company.

Initally the install was good and the unit was working fine. After a while it started to make the basement freezing and upstairs is hot. We have called them for service and they want to charge us for fixing the installation issue. We won't use them again.

They arived on timed stayed on budget and finished on time! They put in a new central air system and upgraded my thermostat. We were satisfied with workmanship and the service and highly recomend to others.

I have had Arpi's do my regular furance maintenance for the last 20 years and have been very satisified with them. They have a 90 day warranty for their inspection so if you get a "no-heat" situation, you don't pay for the labor for them to come out. So you would not want them to come out in July for instance because the 90 days would be up before the heat season is in full swing.
