Farzad and Navid were super to deal with. They explained from the beginning what and how it will be done. Everything was done within promised timing. Installation went good, thanks to the Maple Air team. I would highly recommend this team.

Maple Air did an excellent job from start to finish when we had to replace a malfunctioning 30-year-old AC unit and problematic furnace. Omid, our contact with the company, responded to our call promptly. He was knowledgeable and communicative in assessing our equipment needs. Once we picked the air pump and furnace, Omid said installation would be done in the first week of July. True to his word, the technician Navi and his assistant showed up as promised. They installed everything after a long day's work. They were pleasant and polite the whole time, and cleaned up everything before they left. We were impressed, especially nowadays when thing are so often delayed by supply-chain issues. No such problem in getting this job done! The system has been working smoothly for nearly two weeks now. We can sit back and stay cool in the current heat spell, thanks to Maple Air.

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We have 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor which is always hot in the summer & cold in the winter. I called Maple Air Inc, and Farzad came over the next morning! He impressed me immediately with his knowledge, and knew exactly what ductless system was needed to fix the issue. The unit was installed today and I am thrilled. The installers were simply amazing! So polite, respectful, professional. Farshid in particular was so fast at his job. The room is already cool - what a difference!

Maple Air Inc installed our split box AC units a few years ago and while it was a long project - the units have been a blessing over the hot summers. Last week we had the Maple Air team in to do a cleaning/service on our units. The service was friendly and fast and I even learned a few tips for keeping the units clean and humming myself.

Farzad and his team at Maple Air did a very good job of evaluating what I needed, arranging financing, and installing the units. Very tidy workermanship inide and out, including electrical. All done in a few hours. Highly recommend multi zone system for a row house and highly recommend Maple Air as your contractor.

Having approved the quotation, I was requested to make a down payment which I did. Very shortly afterwards, our salesman informed me that the selected air conditioner was not available but a larger (and $300 more expensive) unit was in stock. A simple stock check should have been made before offering a quotation. Left a bad feeling. The installation date was also altered from my requested date, so I postponed appointments, but the installation team did not turn up. I was told they would be there "on the day I initially requested". Annoyed with the written mis-information. However, the installation crew were excellent. Navid and Ali worked non-stop for about 11 hours, without breaks to install the two units in a very tight space. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.

On the hottest summer day in 2021 our A/C quit working. Since our A/C and furnace were 20 years old we decided to replace both at this time and we called several companies for a quote. This is when we met Reza from Maple Air. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions and made the process so easy. Reza and his team of installers replaced our A/C, furnace, humidifier and installed a new smart thermostat all in one day. True to their word, Maple Airs workmanship was excellent, clean and professional. Any issues detected during installation were remedied efficiently. So this year when I started up my A/C and I heard a little rattling noise I immediately called Reza. Reza was right on it and had Miguel come out to take a look for us. Miguel was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it on the spot and then went above and beyond to test the rest of the system to ensure everything else was running smoothly. Im so glad we choose Maple Air for our heating and cooling needs. They are a pleasure to do business with and you get excellent service at all levels in the organization!!!!
