    Furnace and air conditioning

    Maple air installed my furnace and air conditioning carrier brand. Im really happy with their services. The sales person was really helpful choosing right product for my house, also they recommended to me buy carrier control which no other company out there offered it out there. Installer were really respectful and after installation explain how the product worked. I'm truly happy with their services.

    duct work and air conditioner

    Did Duct work adjustments and installed a air conditioner for my house. I chose maple air within the 5 choices i had and im very happy. we had a small issue with the duct work which they came and fixed the problem. They were on time for their installation of the air conditioner. I purchased Amana brand and its working perfectly. thanks to reza for consulting me for the ductwork and the a/c.

    Hotwater tank repair

    These are the facts: - called for exchange of the T&P valve and got appointment the next day between 10am and 12pm - I took a day off work to be at home - They called at 9:30am that they will have the part later in the day - Technician showed up at 9pm to exchange the valve - For NO more than 15 minutes of work I was charged $250 + tax. This is more than any lawyer or dentist ever charged me. Even my wife's hairdresser. :-) - Judge for yourself

All of our jobs are based on flat rate pricing. for example if a T&P valve must be change no matter if it takes 1 hour or 4 hours we will charge the same amount. We do understand your frustration since you believe our job's value is not equivalent to the price you've paid. All of our technicians are licensed and have been through gas license school to have such expertise to work with such units. With regards to the time, we truly apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Since we're in the service industry the jobs move around on occasion and might create gaps and delays within our time period.     Furnace Repair

    I called Maple Air because my furnace broke down in the middle of winter. I was desperate becuase of the time of year and used them because they were willing to fix it right away. The starter wasn't igniting on the furnace so it wasn't a big job but they responded immediately and they showed up that evening to fix it. Their reponsiveness, customer skills, and the quality of their work was fantastic. I dealt with Reza who also gave me some other recommendations and did a quick tune up on my furnace. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

    air conditioner

    I got the carrier AC last year from Maple air. The price is great!! It including installation and 10 years labor and parts warranty. Their service is good and installation is fast.

    Humidifier installation

    Maple Air Inc. installed humidifier in our home and two other relatives, I must say we all are extremely satisfied with the quality of service, product and cost. Omed (installer) was quick, professional and easy to deal with. We did a lot of research and decided to give all our business to this company because we were asked several questions like size of home, type of furnace etc before the rep offered us different humidifiers to choose from. Thanks Maple Air Inc. for the great service!

    New air conditioner installation

    I was very satisfied with company's help to find a right model for my house. Installation was fast and efficient (same day). However, Maple Air rebate & warranty registration procedures are slow and painful. Today is 18 days since product installation was completed and I still didn't get rebate form from Maple Air. Also, they still didn't register warranty on my new air conditioner (Maple Air doesn't recomend customers to register warranty by themselves). All my phone calls to the company were redirected to "Henry", who said "let us follow company's procedures".

    Replace Centeral Air Conditioning Unit

    The workers were helpful and did the job quickly. Only took two days to replace the central air conditioning unit. The workers had a positive attitude, they were friendly, and were extremely fast. Now we have a brand new air conditioner that works amazingly on those hot summer days.
