    Furnace Repair

    I called Maple Air because my furnace broke down in the middle of winter. I was desperate becuase of the time of year and used them because they were willing to fix it right away. The starter wasn't igniting on the furnace so it wasn't a big job but they responded immediately and they showed up that evening to fix it. Their reponsiveness, customer skills, and the quality of their work was fantastic. I dealt with Reza who also gave me some other recommendations and did a quick tune up on my furnace. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

    air conditioner

    I got the carrier AC last year from Maple air. The price is great!! It including installation and 10 years labor and parts warranty. Their service is good and installation is fast.

    Humidifier installation

    Maple Air Inc. installed humidifier in our home and two other relatives, I must say we all are extremely satisfied with the quality of service, product and cost. Omed (installer) was quick, professional and easy to deal with. We did a lot of research and decided to give all our business to this company because we were asked several questions like size of home, type of furnace etc before the rep offered us different humidifiers to choose from. Thanks Maple Air Inc. for the great service!

    New air conditioner installation

    I was very satisfied with company's help to find a right model for my house. Installation was fast and efficient (same day). However, Maple Air rebate & warranty registration procedures are slow and painful. Today is 18 days since product installation was completed and I still didn't get rebate form from Maple Air. Also, they still didn't register warranty on my new air conditioner (Maple Air doesn't recomend customers to register warranty by themselves). All my phone calls to the company were redirected to "Henry", who said "let us follow company's procedures".

    Replace Centeral Air Conditioning Unit

    The workers were helpful and did the job quickly. Only took two days to replace the central air conditioning unit. The workers had a positive attitude, they were friendly, and were extremely fast. Now we have a brand new air conditioner that works amazingly on those hot summer days.
