I had 3 ductless A/C-Heat Pump units installed--one in the basement, one in the living/dining room, and one in the office. The last one was going to be installed in the hottest bedroom but Farzad recommended the office. The unit would not only cool the office but also the other bedrooms across from it when all doors are open--a more practical and efficient use of the unit. My home feels much more comfortable now and it will be especially on the extremely hot and humid days.

Neal was great - friendly, explained all his steps and answered all of my questions. He did a thorough job and gave me some tips on keeping my air conditioning in good working shape. Highly recommend Maple Air

Out AC unit would not start on one of the hotter days of the year. We called Maple Air and they were able to come by and fix the unit the next day. The technician was friendly and very efficient in repairing the problem.

Farzad and his team are second to none. Amazing communication, very prompt, technically savvy, charming and polite. They installed two beautiful Mitsubishi AC/heating units in my home, powered by a compressor they securely fastened to my exterior brick wall. Lead installer Farshid- a kind, smart man- worked extremely hard to finish the install in one day. Farzads electrician troubleshooted problems with a smile on his face and got the job done. Im thoroughly impressed with the whole Maple team and cant recommend them highly enough!

First off, it was a pleasure dealing with Farzad and office staff. with the sale and service of the equipment. When the unit was delivered to the home, to the installation and finish, workers were super clean and respectful. If I had any questions about the service or the equipment, they took their time to thoroughly explain it to me. The installation was top notch. I would definitely use Maple Air again and highly recommend them.

Maple Air replaced my furnace and air conditioner two years ago with Carrier units and now maintain them with regularly scheduled visits. The installation crew from Maple, and especially Reza, did an outstanding job of solving some unique challenges related to the design and build of my home. The maintenance staff are also very capable and professional in their demeanour.

Maple Air was great from beginning to end. Farzad came to give us a quote and provided some great suggestions for us to think about. We relied on his expertise on our final decisions for the heat pump setup. He kept in contact throughout the whole process. Farshid and Hadi came by to install a few days after our initial consultation with Farzad. Farshid and Hadi were amazing! They took extra precaution to minimize the mess made, and also vacuumed all the debris. They were super efficient and gave us great advice on where to install and place the units.

Recently had our ductless and central air system serviced by maple air. Neal was very professional and passionate about his work. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was performing optimally.
