    Fireplace Installation

    Service and installation

    I recently got the Carrier Infiniti Furnace and a Performance series A/C...the installation done by Maple Air was an excellent display of work with perfection. highly recommended work, You may be able to buy the product from any Carrier reseller company however, you may miss the installation service provided by them.

    Ductless installation

    Great service and a clean proper installation. Farzad was very responsive and helpful in facilitating the deal and agreement and was there to discuss my questions and suggestions whenever I had them. Farshid and his team were very friendly and did a wonderful installation.

    Ductless installation

    Great service starting from a detailed walkthrough with Farzad who was always responsive whenever I had questions or suggestions. Farshid and his team were very decent, friendly and professional when it came to the installation. They cleaned after themselves and the exterior unit was nicely organized.

    Furnace and Fan-Powered Humidifier Replacement

    I was looking to replace my furnace and fan powered humidifier and contacted a number of HVAC companies. I selected Maple Air because Reza was very responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, while also able to offer a competitive price. During the installation, the team worked diligently until the job was done and were patient as they explained things to me and answered my many questions. They took away all the garbage and did a thorough clean up afterwards. Overall, Maple Air did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Reza and the Maple Air team to anyone looking for a honest, reliable, and skilled HVAC company to work with. Thanks Maple Air!

    Annual Gas (Carrier BW3) Boiler Maintenance and Tune Up -

    Spoke to Sam (customer service manager) to book appointment. Very direct and knowledgeable. No beating around the bush. Actually, my appointment was bumped up by one day! It worked out well as due to my personal schedules and meetings from working from home. Hamid, the technician was running behind schedule and call me to inform me of the delay. Fully understood due to unexpected emergencies within the nature of this business. He showed up as promised...within the 1/2 hour of his phone call. Very thorough and knowledgeable about boilers. Exhibit a lot of patience and answered all my questions. Overall, a really good experience. Thank you so much Hamid for cleaning out my gas boiler as I look forward in keeping warm for the upcoming winter sea

    New furnace and installation plus thermostat

    I had asked Maple Air to come to service my furnace prior to time furnace would be needed. The service man listened to the fan motor which I knew was going. He suggested a new furnace as mine was more than 16 years old and it could take many weeks to get a new fan motor, possibly leaving me in the cold before it could be fixed. The new furnace was installed about four days later. The two men who came to put in the new furnace were very professional and really knew what they were doing. When it came time to make the furnace work with the thermostat I already had, they worked and worked to make it compatible, but in the end they couldn't. They did put in one that would work with the furnace, but it wasn't as good as the one I had had. Maple Air agreed to put in a new thermostat at no charge that would work with my new furnace. They did that three days after the new furnace was installed. I felt that Maple Air did everything in their power to make me happy from the office staff, Annie, to their technician and sales person Azzam and installer Farzad I should also say that we called on this company after Sears, the company that we bought our furnace from went out of business in Canada taking our maintenance plan with them. I would recommend them to anyone. Charlene

    New tankless water heater

    I decided to go with MapleAir again for my new Bosch tankless water heater. The fair price and professionalism of both sales and installation from my previous experience with my AC unit convinced me I was in good hands for my new water tank install. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

    Best company for my new furnace

    I was in need of a new replacement furnace and wanted it installed before winter. Contacted Maple Air, they came promptly and provided an excellent quote. Reza explained everything, answered all my questions with no pressure tactics. I accepted quote which was the same as other vendors, but I just felt more comfortable with Reza. The installation was fantastic, quick, quiet and clean. They did a great job and cleaned up after too. The installation person walked me through what he did, the furnace, maintenance and ensured that both the air conditioning and heat worked before he left. Then a couple days later Reza called to ensure I was happy with installation and everything was working well. I couldn't be happier with my choice to select Maple Air. As a single woman being comfortable that you aren't getting gouged or sold something I don't need is always a concern, but I didn't feel that with Maple Air, they gave honest opinion and ensured that intake and exhaust pipes were installed properly and a safe distance apart. I have already recommended Maple Air to 3 friends, and will continue to recommend them.
