    Nest outdoor camera

    Prelock installed this nest camera outside giving me full view of anyone who comes to my front door. The installer did a great job and spent the time setting up the app on our phones so we have video and audio access all the time anywhere in the world.

    Nest Doorbell installation

    Doorbell installation, pre-Lock was fast to give me an appointment, the installer was kind and courteous and cleaned up after himself. Also showed me how to install the app on my phone, and doorbell together.

    REPAIR TO ALRM3

    The service tech showed and did a great job. He got our system back up and running in a very short period of time. Great service

    Lock replaced

    Our lock broke we were unable to get into our home. We called pre—locks emergency services. They showed up within 30 minutes and got us back in and replaced the lock and charged us exactly what they said they would. All great here I highly recommended them!

    Video Door Camera

    We just installed new Nest Hello doorbell. It was amazing . The tech took pride in the install and made sure it was all configured properly on our phones . Very polite and pleasure to deal with. They even showed up exactly when they said they would

    Alarm system

    We had an alarm system put in at our condo. The install was a breeze and we’ve been very happy with the system itself. Overall, very impressed with Pre Lock.

    Alarm Upgrade

    Just upgraded our old alarm, using it now is actually fun and makes my home a lot safer . We love the alarm.com features
