The installer was punctual and did not leave a mess behind. Good customer service and production selection. I would definitely recommend this company to others for replacement lock services. Overall a professional job.

We took over the security system from the original house owners. Pre-Lock seems to be a good company, no service issues to complain about. The only negative I'd mention is be aware of the term of the contract you sign, this company seems to have a much longer contract condition than most companies (5 years!!!). A lot can change in 5 years.... Other than that, no complaints and we are receiving the exact level of service we anticipated.

recently bought new home-needed to change deadbolts and secure doors. Had another locksmith that I found on Homestars who was overcharging and using fear-tactics. Prompt service with expecetional advice and services. Spoke with Aaron for sales and had Michael as an installer. Excellent work!

I needed a lock following a break in. I called Pre-Lock Security They were referred to me by the Police as well as my insurance provider. I contacted them in the middle of the night. They sent a locksmith over within about 45 min of my call to secure my door. Then they returned with proper hardware to outfit the rest of the exterior doors. They were great and really made my wife feel secure again. Hats Of To the Pre-Lock Gang!! Aaron was the tech that came out he was great, and the owner Paul Seidman came out to inspect all the work!!
