Paul was a pleasure to deal with in helping us secure our new home. Paul did a very thorough walkthrough of our home and provided a very reasonable quote of what was needed - new high security Mul-T-Lock deadbolts, charlie bar, and door guards. As a first time home owner, I was very cautious about getting the right company to set me up with the appropriate level of physical security. Paul was very thorough and patient and walked me through the the what and why of each product. Overall, Paul and his install team were absolutely fabulous! Paul came highly recommended and he could not have been more helpful. Next up is an alarm system, and Pre-Lock will be our go - to!

The builder of my house had pre-wired some equipment but not all doors and windows were connected to the system. There was a lack of connection table/diagram so putting the system to work would have to take considerable time and patience. On the day of the scheduled installation, Michael showed up and took the time to identify each wire then installed the new hardware to work with the legacy system. After the installation I requested a service certificate to present to the insurance company and Steven Fishman got this done within one day, super speedy efficiency. This company has very knowledgeable staffs to deliver professional service. Highly recommend.

I got several lock cylinders rekeyed last year. There was a problem with rekeying one of them, and they provided me a discount to purchase a new lock cylinder. Even though I came at a time when they were understaffed, the representatives were both friendly, patient, and took care of my situation. Their prices are reasonable, and the turnaround time is great. I also had a nice chat with the receptionist about her pet snake!

Pre-Lock is always my go-to trade for locksmith and alarm services. We had to recently change the locks for a new commercial tenant and Pre-Lock to complete care of the situation, even with a challenge with the high security lock that was previously installed. Always efficient and timely, there is a reason I have been using Pre-Lock services for over 25 years.

My family uses pre-lock and I was unhappy with my previous supplier who is a multinational corp. I called and then Steve showed up. He was extremely knowledgeable and a straight shooter. The sale was a no or low pressure approach complete with good information. To prove my point to myself I asked Steve after he finished his quote, without any advance knowledge, what would it cost me if he really wanted to soak me and he produced a more expensive and overkill system. He even explained why his less expensive option was the better choice. What was promised was delivered, on time, professional installers and on budget. To bring this full circle. The real estate agent who conducted the sale of this house that I purchased recently was Paul's father who asked me at the closing whether I wanted an alarm system and if so to call his son. Paul, please tell your dad I called his son. Each person I speak with at Pre-Lock are polite and professional.

Pre-Lock is a great company to work with. We had the company install window bars on the basement windows, rekey the entry doors, apply security window film, install door safe systems on the entry doors and replace the entry door hinge screws with extra long screws. All the employees were amazing to deal with! Polite, on time, tidy and explained everything. We are really pleased with the service and would highly recommend Pre-Lock to everyone.

Due to a neighborhood break-in, I was looking to make my doors more secure. After taking a look at Home Depot/Lowes, I didn't find what I was looking for. I researched the web and found Pre-Lock. Paul visited me for a consultation and provided me with some really good advice about home security. We moved forward and his associate Lee came to install later that week. Lee was very friendly and thorough about his work which made me feel great about the products. Thank you Pre-Lock!!!
