Pre-Lock has been our provider of security services, both monitoring and physical security, for many years now. Recently they installed new CO and smoke detectors in our home. I have always found Paul and his entire team to be highly professional, punctual and competent. I have recommended Pre-Lock to both my neighbours and friends and will continue to do so.

Very clean, work was done thoughtfully, and one of the technicians even said "This is my card. If you have any problems please call me. I did the work so I'm personally responsible for it." I was impressed.

Steven Fishman was my very knowledgeable and likable salesperson. He provided me with all the information I required to properly secure my new home in midtown Toronto. (My alarm and CCTV camera system excluded). The installers were all very neat and organized and answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied with all of the services. My keys were lost along with my address information. I needed to have 2 locks re-keyed. Lee was amazing - showed up in less than half an hour Sunday evening. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. Great customer service. Thanks Lee.

We broke our key in the front and needed to get in fast . I found pre-lock security online they showed up within 20 minutes and took the key out and made me a new key . I was very please with the service and how efficient the service really is. The locksmith was very friendly and the price was very reasonable I would certainly use them again.

We recently had Pre-lock upgrade our complete alarm. We replaced all our windows and needed new contacts on all our windows , so we also upgraded the complete alarm . The alarm installers were amazing they worked around the window installers and made sure all the wiring was preserved. We love our new key pads and you can see which window is open . We love it . You guys are truly the best and we appreciate the fast service . We would not hesitate to refer our friends and family to Pre-lock .
