New Locks
I just moved in and wanted to change my locks. I got some prices and found Pre-lock from a friend that used them. I spoke with Steve , he was very knowledgeable and arranged to replace my locks . The tech Alex arrived on time and did a great job . He cleaned up and made sure each key worked and was very very polite . Great company and glad we used Pre-lock.

Garage Door Lock
I called a few locksmiths looking for a lock my kids could use to enter without having to use a key. They always seem to lose keys . I ended up using Pre-lock, they were very nice on the phone and gave me a price. The work was booked and done exactly when they said and the price was fair and exactly what they said. We are very happy and thanks for the great service.

Alarm system
Great service is the most important to me when dealing with any company and pre lock exceeds all my expectations..they also provided me with an alarm system that I can navigate from anywhere in the world! Thank you paul Seidman and pre lock foraking my home safe!!

Replacement of worn keypad
Paul and manager were great.i needed a replacement keypad because some of the numbers were worn out and we couldn't disarm the alarm in time and set it off regularly. They sourced a keypad and provided great advice.Something we really appreciate.

Installed Wemo switches as we were going on holiday . Worked great ..wanted to control switches from my smart phone . Install was fast and efficient as well as a full explanation of how it works . Thanks so much ..another professional service offered by Pre-Lock.

Emergency lock installation
Tonight I called pre lock to have them install a combination wifi controlled security lock in my home. The service person was dispatched right away and arrived in less than one hour of hanging up with me. The job was completed quickly and clean. The level of professionalism was unbelievable! I also really love this wifi easy to control lock that I can mange from my iPhone or iPad. Thanks pre lock!

New locks throughout new to us home, buy and install safe
We needed new locks and a rebooted security system pronto and Pre-lock was able to accommodate. They gave us high level security advice and were able to get the job done on our timeline. Lots of personalized service!

Security and locksmith services
We have used Pre Lock Security for over 20 years for both monitoring and also locksmithing at our business and at our home. We recently moved our office and did a renovation at home. Their service was prompt and professional and they stand behind their work. Their pricing on locks were better than what I priced elsewhere. Their security response times are excellent. Paul and his team are a very professional company and very easy to deal with. I would recommend them in a minute! And I have!

Reliable great service!
Pre-Lock has come through for us again. We recently moved and we of course used Pre-Lock again for our new home. They are the most reliable service with friendly and helpful staff. They truly care about their customers. They answer our questions and make sure you are happy with your choices. I highly recommend Pre-Lock!
