I spoke to 5 different companies and though Pre Lock wasn't the cheapest, they were up front and honest about their work and service. I was convinced that some of the other companies were quoting on older systems and Pre Lock was quoting on the latest systems in the market place. They came when they promised, the work was done efficiently and professionally and my wife and I were quite satisfied. Paul, the owner, is a hands-on person and will communicate with his customers quickly and honestly 7 days a week. Owners of some other alarm companies refused to send any representative or themselves to my home to inspect what had to be done because as they put it, "my time is worth $400/hour and it's too valuable to spend on quotations."

It only took a few days from the time we discussed the project to the date installation took place. The 2 technicians were very courteous and explained everything they were doing in a way that was easy to understand and thorough. They worked hard to overcome some problems with the installation and explained the work-around where necessary. They were tidy in the installation and cleaned up any mess that was created. They explained how the system worked and were willing to come back to explain it to the entire family. I think the cost was reasonable for the work that was done and would highly recommend them to all.

Pre Lock did a great job! Bought electronic keypads for front and side doors and changed locks. They took over my alarm contract as well. Came within hours of me calling to give a quote. Everyone showed up on time, was polite, cleaned up and had the job done with no issues. Would highly recommend them.

Just overall great service. Mike changed the locks while movers were getting our stuff in the house, so pretty much chaos. But he just went about his business and was very matter of fact and knowledgeable when we had questions.

I found Pre-Lock Security Services Inc. after seeing a news report. They provided a great service from the initial phone call, to install and then with the follow-up. I would recommend this company for all of your lock needs.

I called Pre-Lock to get a quote for a new security system. We had just finished an extensive renovation and were leaving on an extended vacation within 1 week. Steven Fishman called me and arranged a site visit the next day. After a walkthrough and thorough discussion of our needs Steven quoted a system that would meet our current needs and give us expansion capabilities. The next challenge was arranging the installation. Once again Steven exceeded our expectations by arranging for the installation within a couple of days. The technicians showed up on time and did a very professional job of installation, set up and initial system training. Everything went perfectly. We are very happy with our new system and the monthly monitoring also arranged by Pre-Lock. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a security system installed.

The lock to our front door had been giving us trouble, and finally today my husband's key was stuck in the door when he tried to leave for work. I did some research and gave Pre-Lock a call, and I'm so glad we did. Brian answered the phone and was polite, courteous and helpful. He gave me a number of options to consider for a repair, and set up an appointment as early as he could. Our technician came before his window and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the issue easily without replacement. I really appreciate the honesty from the technician, and the professionalism he displayed. I was thoroughly impressed with Pre-Lock and will gladly recommend them in the future. They made it so easy to do business with them, and should I ever require a locksmith again, they will be my first and only call!

Cory at pre-lock was awesome. He was very professional, helpful and we certainly benefited from his expertise. The service was reasonably priced and I would use pre-lock services again and request Cory.

I called Pre-Lock based soley on their homestars reviews and was not dissappointed. They dispatched someone the same day - he was an expert, provided some different options and did what we called them to do. Price was also favourable. I would definitely recommend their services and woudl use them again.

We have been using Pre-Lock Security for many years. We have recently upgraded our locks for a higher level of security. Pre-Lock installers did the work very neatly and professionally with little disruption to our operations. We are very Happy with the job. You guys are worth your weight in gold....
