Decided to upgrade my deadbolt door locks in my home. Based on reviews on Homestars I went to their office and was introduced to Steve. He answered all my questions and recommended the lock best fit to my situation. Steve is also very accommodating and patient. Jeff the installer showed up early and was very careful and professional. During the install Jeff noticed the colour of the lock did not match perfectly with the orginal door handles. Jeff called Steve and Steve personally dropped off the correct colour to match. This kind of service is impeccable. I highly recommend Pre-Lock and their staff. Wonderful job. Thank you again.

After searching for a locksmith I came across the TAOL. Locksmiths aren't regulated by the govt. Anyone can say they are a locksmith and say they are bonded. I found Pre-Lock listed on the TAOL website and called them. Brian was very helpful and informative. With him, I was able to find the best solution for our situation. He spoke to me at length about different solutions. The installer was excellent and also informed. I recommend Pre-Lock.

We recently installed security film on our basement windows. We wanted to feel safe but not look like we are living in a prison as my wife did not want the visual look of bars. I met with Paul who suggested a product that is invisible to the eye yet provides great physical security. We love the product and we feel real safe the service was also bang on great

The window bar installer who performed the installation was very polite and neat. He showed us how to remove the bars in case of an emergency and took the time to make sure everyone feels safe. We have been using Pre-Lock Security for our alarm monitoring services for many years. We have also upgraded all of our locks so we can feel a little safer, as our neighborhood has been experiencing lots of break in recently. Based on reviews chose this group and it started with Brian who patiently walked me through the available offering, process, time frame and costs in great detail! Very professional and friendly. Wow what a company. I was just broken into and my life seemed like I would never feel safe again. When I come home I have to check my whole house until I am sure no one is there. Now I feel great I had a new alarm put in by Pre-Lock. The installers finished the installation in a few hours, they tought me how to use the system and really care about makeing sure you are happy. The installer was very neat and did a great job . All the people at Pre-Lock go the extra mile and really provide the best security services. I would highly suggest this company and glad I have them protecting my home.
