Not a lot to say... Worked with Brian to close on the work and timing of it. The installer was extremely friendly and clean in replacing the front-door locks (and handle-set), side-door deadbolt, and garage entrace deadbolt. Would recommend to friends and family.

i recently replaced the front and side doors to my house and wanted good quality hardware with high security locks. An appointment was promptly made when the doors were being installed and all the hardware was then installed on a very timely basis by a very qualified and courteous technician. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided to me and would not hesitate to use Pre-Lock again when the need arises.

We have Pre-lock security system in our house installed by previous owner; we decided to continue with them on recommendation of our friends. Mr Seidman (owner of the company) came to talk to us, explained every detail of the security system and the services his company would be providing. He gave us great deal, we did not pay any charges for transfer or other associated cost. We decided to change locks after receiving keys from our lawyer, I called him and he sent his person within 20mins, changed all three locks, it was late in the evening and he did not charge us after hours fees (while other lock services I called before where asking for emergency service fee), later we upgraded to high security locks for very reasonable price. Paul inspected our house and gave us great security tips which we always follow. Paul and his staff are highly experienced, professional and very pleasant. We once had trouble with alarm system, they called us within minutes even before we can notice, guy came fixed it and again no charges. We were very impressed. Pre-lock is Toronto based company, understands neighbourhood well. After hearing horrible stories about different alarm companies we were very happy that we went with Pre-lock, they are not only alarm company but full security system including locks, best thing is they will inspect your house and suggest things you need and will work within your budget, you get best, reliable and complete security service with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

With a young family, and a high traffic neighbourhood with a very active after-dark social scene, a reliable and cost effective home security was a must. While living in Vaughan we were extraordinary well served by this company. It all started by a nice installation service where all was explained in details, professionaly and within a practical approach. As an engineer I loved that. Then, for the few calls I had to make about the payments, there was always a nice lady assisting with useful answers, alowing different forms of payment. I choosed doing by checks, and also got my recipts on time. The sustem installed was a state-of-the-art apparatus, with a 30 min battery back-up, being in general easy to use. Never got a problem. The price was pretty much fair for the services, considering aslo some free months received for a trial period. Surely a "10 out of 10" company on the security market.
