Very Professional and state of the art. Installation was seamless. Most companies can only install wireless, but they fished wires and installed a completely wired system. Much superior. The equipment was very high tech, and their service is excellent. The door locks were installed very well, and we were advised as to which specific locks to use, in different applications. The locks were the highest level of security on the market. As well, they were able to match my existing 10 year old hardware where I needed to change some doors. Very impressive.

We had an old alarm system (>20 yrs!) from Pre-lock and I started shopping around for a replacement. I got a proposal from another company but decided to give pre-lock an opportunity to present their new offerings. Paul, the president came over and helped me read through the small-print of the competitive offer that I had obtained. He then proceeded to give me a proposal for a state of the art system. The cost, including labor, was very fair. The system was installed today and the technician was very knowledgeable, discreet and he left the place quite clean. I am still in the process of learning the system but so far, everything seems to be OK.
