We were having our alarm system installed and were required to call a locksmith. We called and Andrew arrived promptly and provided expert advice on the poor quality lock that was provided by our alarm company. Andrew helped us find a more secure lock and answered many phone calls from us with expert answers. He was a pleasure to work with and knows his stuff! We would recommend him in a heart beat.

We had a situation requiring the immediate replacement of my mother-in-law's outside door locks for two doors. The young man who came by was very professional and provided quick and adept service to re-key two dead bolts and one door knob and replace a door knob. I got immediate attention when I put out the request for a quote (I am not one wait patiently) and the gentleman came out promptly the next day to do the work. The service was excellent, timely and professional and this company is now my go-to for future work. I highly recommend Always Affordable Always Available Locksmiths for anyone needing to use a locksmith.

There were some scheduling issues as one of their technicians was ill, but I can’t hold that against them. When a technician arrived, they were efficient and professional, and we talked about the pros/cons of one type of deadbolt we had.

The latch on the patio door wasn't locking ,after calling Always Affordable , Always Available ,Andrew the technician was over within the hour. He was curtious , knowledgeable and fixed the door latch and even checked the front door lock as well . I would highly recommend , great company , great service .

This was my first experience using this company and it couldn't have gone any smoother! I called in this morning to book an appt to have a couple of locks looked at (key broke off in one, dead bolt broken in the other & extra keys cut) - The woman on the phone was very professional and broke down all the prices for me - an hr later, Daniel showed up and was in and out in no time and everything is in working order (better than ever before!) Thank you for the great service - I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Wow! These guys are awesome! I phoned at 9 am and they came out before 10:30 the same day, called to confirm and were professional, curious and polite. Great service which isn't always available in Calgary! Would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with there service they turned up on time and call to confirm the appointment. The price they charge matched what they quoted me over the phone. He rekeyed one door and I got 4 sets of new keys. The service guy was fast and at the end explained how to do maintain the lock, handle and hingers. I believe the service guys name was Andrew. Great service

After a break in through our back door we had the locks replaced on all of our doors. They provided us with effective and affordable options with excellent options to chose from,installation and advice.

The service provided by affordable locksmith was A+ from start to finish. The service rep was polite, disclosed all potential fees, and scheduled an appointment within two days. The locksmith called to let me know he was running early, changed out the locks efficiently, and made sure all questions were answered before leaving. They guarantee their work too! Would highly recommend.

Response to service was immediate. There was more done than initially requested within the time arranged. Repair and replacement was done in a timely manner. The parts, though for a rare type of a lock, was available at the time of the service.
