I had deadbolts on my front and back door that had face plates on them, which made the screws inaccessible and I could not find anyone else to replace them. He replaced both locks in an hour. I highly recommend their services!

I was really happy with their service. They were able to help me out within 30 minutes of my call. The locksmith was professional and they have a great company van! Took him about three minutes to open my car doors! I will choose them again. ..but hopefully I won't have to!

This company is off my list. They didn't bother calling when job was done so I had to wait 2 extra weeks until I contacted them. Work was shoddy (key sticks) and will have to be re-done and when I questioned the work I was told by the owner that my business was not wanted as they are busy and thus don't care about repeat customers (staff was nice and apologized for his boss). Buyer beware!!! Three strikes from this reviewer in one transaction. Go somewhere else.

We have hired A-1 on a few occasions, and have always been very happy with the price and quality of work, as well as the professionalism of the employees. We will definitely continue to use the services of A-1 in the future.

Deadbolt wouldn't work on back door. Called A-1 and was greeted by a very friendly person on the phone. Was told locksmith would be there between 10-12 same day...they arrived at 10:15! Awesome! Came in under budget as deadbolt wasn't broken. He just needed to realign some things. I appreciated that he fixed the problem instead of trying to push a new product on me. Went above and beyond and would completely recommend this company to anyone.

A copy of the my house key had been lost so I called to have the house re-keyed. A-1 was quick to respond, rekeyed both house doors and cut 5 keys while parked on my driveway. Quick on the spot service.
