Jim and his team at Crack Masters waterproofed part of an outer wall at my mother’s house. Jim was great at keeping us informed with scheduling. His team showed up on time and were done as expected. The quality of the work was top notch. They also treated my mom (who’s a senior) with a great amount of respect. We would recommend him in a second.

Called Crackmasters to examine our basement due to their reputation. Jim was very helpful and took his time to explain the process. I asked lots of questions and sent multiple emails and Jim addressed all of my concerns. Jose completed the work in one day (6 cracks) and did incredible work. These guys realize that nobody gets excited about paying to fix cracks but it's short term pain for long term gain. I would recommend Jim and his crew to anyone looking for superior quality work at reasonable prices.

Called Crackmasters and Jim responded immediately and explained the type of work that is needed to repair the crack. Sent him a picture of the crack and he explained in detailed by email the steps to repair the crack in the foundation. Jose was the service person who repaired the crack in the foundation and was very skilled and professional in the work that he did. The end result was positive by having the crack fixed and all the work Jose did was very neat and clean as well excellent workmanship on the repairs overall. Thank You Jim & Jose @ Crackmasters..... We were initially told by another company that we would have to dig up around foundation, but then we saw all the good things reviewed about Crackmasters. Called and response was quick. The two cracks were pinned and filled from inside in 4 hours. Highly recommend. Guaranteed for life also!

I found water leaking during finishing my basement. I sent an email to Jim and he replied right away asking for pictures..When I sent photos, he again replied promptly with proposed job detail and very reasonable cost. The whole process took just 4 days and Jose was very polite, professional, thorough, and he cleaned afterwards dustless..highly recommend..

I had a basement leak. I called Crackmasters. They had to come twice, but the leak is fixed. They did a great job. I would use them again if I had another basement crack.

I called Crackmasters after checking their reviews on Homestars. The leak had been fixed 20+ years ago by the builder from both the inside and outside, but leaked again recently. Jose came on time and answered all my questions as to the various procedures used to fix cracks. He was efficient, courteous and professional in his work and completed the work in about 2.5 hours. He left the job area clean after. We've had a couple of heavy rain since the work was completed 2 weeks ago and there's been no problem. Of course, Crackmasters has a transferable life time warranty on their work. I would highly recommend the company.

Jim Lucas, the owner of Crackmasters, came to us as a result of a home inspection done as part of an estate sale. A portion of the foundation on this old house that we were selling was in need of serious repair, even a re-build. When it became apparent as work progressed that the job was becoming more complex and that the scope was getting outside what Crackmasters normally does, Jim did the research (unasked) and gave us the name of a specialty company that could do the work for us - even though in doing so it would cost Crackmasters the opportunity to do the work - which they could have done with some additional resources. But Jim knew that we were nervous and out of our depth on this and he wanted to set our minds at rest. And the work went from Jim to another company. So, we want to comment on the integrity and trustworthiness of Jim Lucas, who is a cut above so many others. At the outset, someone else told us that "Jim Lucas is the most honest guy I know". Well, we can believe it. How many tradespeople would put the interests of their customer ahead of even their own contract? Jim did, and for that we are very grateful and will recommend Crackmasters far and wide, to whoever will listen. Thank you very much, Jim!
