    Crack in foundation wall

    Excellent service from Tina who was very informative and scheduled an appointment quickly even though it was the Holiday season. Our technician Jose arrived promptly and walked us through the whole process , answered all of our questions and also gave us good advice on some grading outside. We were so impressed with his honesty, professionalism, knowledge and most of all , his pleasant demeanour made us feel comfortable having him in our home. Clean up was exceptional. Excellent company from start to finish !

    Foundation Repair

    Had a minor leak coming into my basement wall from a pipe that runs into the house just below ground level. I called three companies. Two of the three claimed I needed to excavate 8-10 feet though the pipe entering the basement enters the the house 10 inches below ground. Estimates were approximately $3000. Jim and his team at Crackmasters were the third company to provide an estimate. No up-selling or immediate "excavate". The problem was obvious and $500 later was repaired. This is what honesty and integrity look like. Do not go elsewhere, if you need foundation repairs please call Jim and his team

    Crack Repair

    I searched for leaky basement repairs online and came across Crackmasters Basement Waterproofing Systems, Mississauga. I wasn't sure about doing a resin injection from the inside but speaking with Tina she was very nice and assured me it would be done right. Jose arrived and was very pleasant and professional. He was very mindful of leaving the place as clean as possible. This review is being made 3 years later and holding up great. We would highly recommend Crackmasters. Rich&Steph

    Foundation Crack Repair

    I emailed Crackmasters with photos and received a response and estimate surprisingly quick. Jose arrived on time and prepared to answer all my questions and begin the work. You can tell Jose takes pride in his craft and did a great job of minimizing dust and cleaned up perfectly in my furnace room after the Injections and concrete work was completed. Thank you to Tina for quick response to my inquiry! Thank you Jose for doing a great job and eliminating the leaks!

    Crack in Foundation Wall and Tie Rod Leaks

    I highly recommend Crackmasters! It all started this past winter, when the rain, combined with the snow melt, resulted in water coming into my basement. I'm fairly lucky the cause wasn't anything major, but Tina was prompt and courteous when arranging the appointment and service. Jose was extremely polite and professional with the initial assessment and subsequent repairs. They had to come back a few times to fix other issues, (which, by the way, were all a result of the home builder). With each visit, I got the sense and feeling they just wanted to ensure the job was done right so I didn't have issues in the future. Great service!

    There is water still entering my home

    Jose came to fix a crack in the foundation approximately a month ago. After a couple of rainfalls I noticed there is water still entering through the concrete where the repair was performed. So I called Jose at least three times and also I tried to reach them to the office number. No response. The leak is still there and my basement remains unfinished.

    Crack in Foundation wall

    We had a crack in our foundation wall and Jose Aparicio came by to fix it. Jose was right on time, explained how the process worked and proceeded to fix the crack quickly and cleaned up everything before he left. I would highly recommend Crackmasters

    Basement crack repair

    We had 2 hairline cracks in the basement foundation wall with water coming through after every rainfall. Jose repaired both cracks today from inside using the injection. Jose was great at his job, he arrived right on time, he was polite, efficient, respectful and explained the process well as I had no idea what the repair entailed. After Jose was done cleaned up the work area well and even put our fridge back before leaving. Here’s waiting for the next rainfall. Great job Jose. Cheers, Ajay

    Basement Leak

    Jim was referred as a Mississauga professional to fix a foundation crack. His team was on-time, very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions and concerns we had and were very efficient. We would happily recommend Crackmasters to anyone in need of their services as a reliable company.

    Funny Name, Seriously Awesome Service

    Jim quoted me a fair and honest price to alleviate water seepage that had been happening at the corner/base of 2 adjacent walls in our basement. I was very nervous about having the cement floor jack-hammered up and especially regarding the dust getting into our furnace. But Jim and his team were very careful to keep the dust down and took good care of our house while hauling chunks of cement up from the basement. And then re-cementing over the trough they created. I couldn't really understand how all this would work to stop the puddling in the basement but I trusted Jim and I'm so glad I did. Work was done in early Sept., rains have come and gone and the basement is perfectly dry! Jim's team - Dickson and Jose are also good, honest people like Jim. They are hard-working, polite, kind and thoughtful. You would never have to worry about them working in your home. I highly recommend Jim and his team!
