I am writing this review six years after my husband and I contracted Wes Sutherland out of Edmonton to waterproof our basement. I'm not sure that we were truly able to appreciate how awesome of a job he and his crew did for us until recently. Not only has the work held up 100%, but he and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were on time, worked with our budget in every way possible, did quality work for the price, and didn't leave a mess. I have had several friends who have had similar weeping tile issues in old houses and they haven't had the best luck with the people they hired to do their work, some of them shelling out thousands only to face the same leaky wet basement the following year. Crackmasters, the name, might sound a little funny at first thought, but these guys really know what they're doing and I recommend them every chance I get.

Discovered water in my basement yesterday March 9, 2015 at approximately 2pm. Called Crackmaster based on customer review and spoke to Jim who explained the process and what they would do to fix the problem.Jim fixed an appointment for this morning for Jose who showed up on time and did an amazing job. I was incredibly pleased with the work. When I found the cracks in my basement and outside, I was a little bit anxious. Jim explained everything and was very helpful over the phone. I was very happy that they were able to come so quickly. When Jose, showed up, he was on time and very professional. He explained everything, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The work was done quickly and everything was cleaner then before he started. I would highly recommend Crackmasters to anyone who needs their basement repaired.

We had a basement wall crack that was repaired by the builder 25 years ago which started leaking. I sent an email inquiry about the problem via the Crackmasters website and received a response from Jim within an hour. He described the procedure he could perform to rectify the problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jose showed up at the appointed time and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very efficient, explained the process from end to end as he performed the work and did a complete clean up at the end. These guys provide a top notch, professional service at a reasonable price with a lifetime guarantee. Thanks guys!

Crackmaster and Jim Lucas came highly recommended by our neighbour, a building contractor. Lucky for me. Jim responded immediately, assessed the problem and came promptly, and very efficiently dealt with the situation. The teamworked hard, and were very pleasant. Jim explained things very well to me for which I was very grateful. All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased in every way. Thank you Jim.

Found Crackmasters site online and found their info to be informative. Send an email about my basement leak and Jim answered very quickly with a proposed solution. Took a few photos of the problem area and Jim confirmed what needed to be done. They fit me into their schedule right away and Jose arrived the following day right on time. Jose was very professional, ie. knowledgable, decisive and personable. He was able to identify right away where the problem area was and worked efficiently to apply their product to seal the crack. The process took under two hours, including the clean-up. Very impressive!

The service from crackmasters was excellent. We where showing our house when rebar holes started leaking. They came the same day and got the leaks fixed and provided a lifetime warranty. He also took the time to answer all my questions and followed up the next day. I would highly re comment Crackmasters.

After finding a leak in our basement after the tough long winter we found Crackmasters to be very helpful! Jim and his team did a great job fixing our foundation. Very professional and competitvely priced....would highly recommend his services!

Jim and his team have done work for us twice. In both cases they went beyond the original scope of work at no extra cost. They were prompt and professional. This was interior work with plenty of dust and they were very conscientious about containing the dust and cleaning everything up after.
