Jim, the owner, took the time to explain all the options for fixing cracks that leak in the basement during heavy rains. Only used him for one crack and it's holding up well. Spent over 10k for outdoor fix on the other cracks and they still leak. Regret not using him for all the other cracks to say the least. Trustworthy and good workmanship.

Jim was very consultative in his approach. Spent a great deal of time discussing basement repair options. Very professional and the work was well done. His team worked quickly and ensured that they kept the work area clean. Highly recommend.
