Impressed with service and price. Team professional, respectful, polite and friendly. I have cats and they advised that sometimes cats become very stressed due to noise of equipment, they advised that the safest place for them was in the bathroom. Cats and I were fine after cleaning. First time having Ottawa Duct Cleaning into my home and I will absolutely be calling them for years to come! :) The truck arrived on time and the 3 gentleman were all smiles and ready to get to work. They were very thoughtful of my pets and made sure to ask before leaving the door open. They were also very patient with my children who were getting ready for school and running between them haha They were quick, efficient, very pleasant and the price was right!! I run a daycare and 2 of the parents that were dropping off asked me to get a card for them and I will gladly recommend you to everyone I know :) Thank you for a fantastic job and your kindness.

There's nothing I could write that's more flattering than what previous commenters have already written. I'd certainly recommend them to other family members & friends. The team of 3 were polite, courteous, & careful with the items they moved (& put back) to access the vents & furnace @ both mine & my grandparent's houses.

The truck arrived on schedule. The two workers were very pleasant and professional as they went about their work. The lead worker was helpful in supplying information about the condition of our furnace and about procedures for the upkeep of our appliances. He went above and beyond in answering questions. Great experience!

I love family owned businesses. They work hard to earn their bread and butter and it shows in their work. The head technician reported the details of the home including the dryer vent missing a flap, the neighbour's dryer vent being installed backwards! (eeks!), our dryer being sourced with natural gas (not electrical) and requiring a carbon monoxide detector, and the furnace being in bad need of a cleaning (which I found quite credible given the fact that the furnace filter, and other areas of the home were quite jammed with dirt). At the end, he showed me pictures of the vents...what a difference. It was worth doing this job right away and not postponing it. I would choose this company again. They aren't out to rip you off. In fact I enquired about extra services and they said it was unlikely it was required given the age of the house. So for that they have my business loyalty.

The owner of the company, Roger Asselin, provided us with an accurate estimate and clear explanation of the work to be done. The three man team showed up on schedule, took great care to keep the house clean, and were careful when bringing in their equipment and moving furniture. They were very polite and personable, clearly explained the process, and showed us before and after pictures of the insides of our air ducts - very clear evidence of a job well done! We had just completed a major home renovation, so there was a lot of sawdust, wood chips, and assorted construction debris in the air duct system. They have us a helpful suggestion when we have our furnace cleaned next time with our annual maintenance plan, and were honest with when we needed to have the ducts cleaned again. The entire process took 2 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this company.

moved into "new" home recently. Roger's team did an outstanding job in all respects. pretty extensive work. they are knowledgable, more than helpful, efficient and in our case helped us with advice about other home concerns. very ethical people. only charged for what really needed to be done. did not try to oversell. very refreshing in this regard. we recommend them without any reservation. A1 Company.

Reps were on time and completed the job in the estimated time and with good results. Two minor comments to pass on . . . . The "return" in the master bedroom that was plugged with insulation was cleared out and appears to work fine. The return grill in the master bathroom that you reported was a vent for the tub is actually a return that draws air quite effectively when the fan is running. Just for your info . . . completely satisfied with the job.
