They did an excellent job installing the carpet and refinishing the hardwood - they were courteous, efficient, and completed the job within the timelines and budget quoted. They provide outstanding customer service and were very responsive to our needs. We would definitelly use them again and have already referred them to others.

My wife Debbie abnd I would like to share with you our experience with Lakeview Floors. We moved to okotoks, Alberta from St Albert, Alberta so that I could start a new job. We decided to look at this as an opportunity to restart our lives in a new city. Rather than purchase an existing home, we decided to build our dream home, something we had been planning for over five years. Given that we had been planning our home for over five years, we had a good idea of what we wanted in a home except when it came to flooring. Because of our indecision, our builder sent us to four different flooring companies. In each case, we met with a designer to review our home and determine the best flooring options given our home design and family lifestyle. To further education ourselves, we also went to view home installations for three of the flooring companies. Let us be the first to save you some time. Lakeview Floors blew the competition out of the water in terms of service, quality and price. In terms of service, no other flooring company offered us the experience of working directly with the owners of the company, whether it was Brad Thompson in the office helping us to select the right types of flooring or dealing directly with Jordan Watson as we watched the on-site installation of the product. It was nice to know that we were dealing with the ultimate decision makers. By dealing directly with the owners, we experienced none of the "I'll have to check with my boss" comments, which always seem to occure when crucial decisions needed to be made. While we were evaulating the different flooring companies, Brad personally spent over ten hours with us making flooring selections ensuring that our selections meshed with the home design and our family's lifestyle. To make sure we made the correct selections, Brad had his design consultant, Alana Humphreys, review our selections with us at no extra cost. Much like Brad himself, Alana was extremely good at understanding our tastes, and helping us to fine tune our selections for flooring and then assisting us in making paint selections. All of this took place before Lakeview was even awarded the job. In terms of qaulity, we found the Lakeview closely oversaw the isntallation of their product on-site. We asked Lakeview to install our hardwood, tile and carpet. During this time, we met Jordan, who oversees the on-site installation for Lakeview Floors. Jordan was meticulous, fixing even the most minor of errors, some of which we didn't even catch. Off note, we have recieved many compliments about our hardwood floors, which were installed unfinished and then sanded and stained on-site. Finally, in terms of price, Lakeview was easily the lowest price among the four different flooring companies. Their price was between 15% and 75% below any of the other three prices quoted. In particular, the price that was 75% higher included all the same tile selections except the cork selection which was a lower qaulity than Lakeview Floors because the other flooring company didn't sell much cork. Overall, during this process what we noticed most was that Lakeview Floors had the greatest selection of flooring products, most of which were the same or better in terms of quality, while offered it at a lower price than any other flooring company out there. It has been a great pleasure to have Lakeview install my new hardwood floor and slate tiles. The work was done very professionally. The crew cleaned up after themselves. All questions was attended to. Needless to say we were very pleased with the work, the price, the entire process and would definitely recommend Lakeview to anyone who was in the market for new floors.

My husband and I purchased carpet for my basement and I was very pleased with the way the installer from Lakeview Floors represented the company. They estimated that it would take 2 days to install the carpet and the contractor (Sam) had it installed in less than 8 hours. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised that it was done and ready for the furniture to be put back. There was no mess left behind and the carpet looked fantastic. I am glad to know that there are still companies that put so much effort into pleasing the consumer. Thank you Lakeview Flooring. I truly hope that Lakeview Floors wins this well deserved award. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends - they put the customer first!

Lakeview has an excellent showroom of the products they supply.Staff was very helpful with ideas and had the lowest prices for similar products.Staff was very helpful in providing useful information about installing the hardwood. They delivered on time and piled the hardwood into the house where it was needed. Thank you Lakeview.

After several years of dreaming about hardwood floors and obtaining several quotes throughout these years, we finally found a company (Lakeview Floors) that helped us fulfil our dreams. This company was recommended to us by a friend who had previously experienced their work and professionalism and after having looked at the flooring they had completed for them, we made the phone call to Lakeview Floors. We have been totally impressed throughout our experience and now have our entire bungalow looking fantastic with our new Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring which was completed on-site along with new baseboards. We also had them install new tiles and steps (reflecting Brazilian Cherry noses) to the lower level of our home. Friends and family coming over to visit and check out the changes all say WOW! and are amazed at the richness of the flooring and the quality of work. The owner helped us along the way by providing suggestions and options on colours and materials, providing us with timely estimates and allowing us the flexibility to explore changes to original plans and quotes. Our experience from the initial phone call, through the exploration stages, the estimate and through to completion, has been positive and all went well. The owners and their team are professional, personable, friendly, considerate and respectful of us and our property and we rate them ethically high and as such, have nominated them for a Business Ethics Award.

We had our main floor done in Bamboo by Lakeview. We were very impressed with the concern of the staff to make sure we had the not only the product we wanted but the quality of product that we needed for our situation. Any concerns we had were dealt with promptly by the company. We are very happy with our floors and would call them again should we decide to do more flooring changes.

Excellent install job, professional installer, very tidy, no dust or debris left in the house. Installed hardwood on main floor and upstairs bedrooms. We wished we had also had hardwood installed on the stairs.

Joel Dean did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was amazing. He made sure that we were happy with the colour. Was very clean. Left absolutely no dust! If you want an excellent job, and you are fussy, Joel is the right guy for you. I would reccommend him any day.

They did my hardwood floor about 100SQ feet and it turned out really great they did exactly what I wanted. Around the corner of the walls there are no spaces or anything. The people that came did a great job. I would recommend them.
