We had hired a contractor to supply and install hardwood flooring a year ago. He did part of the work, then backed out with no explanation. After researching flooring companies, we selected Lakeview to finish the job. Brad and his team did a wonderful job accommodating our wishes, including tearing out the old floor then coming back a week later, as requested, to finish the work. Lakeview did a fine job. The old floor was torn out with a minimum amount of mess. The installer matched up the new installation to the old one. We are going to ask them to return and replace the carpet on the second floor with hardwood.

We needed our floors sanded & stained on our entire living floor that included entrance, livingroom & kitchen in addition to having a marble insert installed in the wood floor. Due to the massive undertaking, we enlisted 5 quotes. Some were less, some were more others required coordinating multiple contractors. Chose Alberta Hardwood Flooring because of sales man Kevin who was extreemly professional & knew what he was talking about in all aspects of the project. Told us how long job would take, booked it coordinated all trades & overseed project to completion. All workers - equally impressed. All were professional - Was nice to see people who have a true passion for their work. Excellent team! Polite, cleaned up, kept us informed step by step. Highly recommend this company- they are a team of expert professionals who can get the job done well.

once we chose the wood and color it took 1.5 days to rip everything out and another 3 days to put down all the wood and stone which less than a week of interruption.

The majority of the install looks pretty good, but the customer service and customer relationship was terrible. Had several small issues after the install and it took 8 months of hounding them for the floor to be fixed (and for them to be paid - up until that point I had only paid the deposit).

the added hardwood to the kitchen, living room and hallway. The install the was excellent using the prefinished hardwood. They did a excellent job and we would use them again.

Alberta Hardwood Flooring recovered our ground floor with natural oak with a darker border throughout. The installation was timely, professional and looks very smart. we would recommend this company any time.

They installed oak hardwood on the main floor and stairs. They also recomended a solid tread which looks much better that normal. Always prompt. One call back to fix minor problems and the fixed it right away. We have used them before and will probably use them again.

Todd did a great job. Meticulous and he listens to your needs and works with you to create a great result. Would recommend them to anyone considering a hardwood flooring job.
